Willow washed the potatoes out of her hair and off her face. Looking up at her reflection she saw that her face was beet red. Why did he do that? Why does my heart feel like it's fluttering? Willow asked in her head. She has never felt this way before, and Sawyer has never done that before. Or at least not to her. The women he's screwed with maybe, but never her. She wondered if it had to do with his brother kidnapping her. Surely not, Willow thought, I'm just apart of his crew that he didn't really want.
With a sigh, she pushed her thoughts away. Walking out of the bathroom she saw that Sawyer had cleaned his face and was asleep on the couch. Walking over she examined him. He was resting peacefully. His chest rose and fell in a slow calming retheme. Then out of nowhere his eyes snap open. Willow jumped back. She watched as he slowly sat up.
"Why were you staring at me that close to my face?" Sawyer asked.
"I was trying to see if you were asleep," Willow lied, she knew he was asleep but she just wanted to look at him when he wasn't angry or stressed.
"Then why were you that close to my face, and can you not tell when someone is asleep?" Sawyer asked.
"With you, I wasn't sure if you were asleep," Willow said," I was told you hardly got any sleep while I was gone."
"Yeah while you were gone," Sawyer said," now you're not, you"re here."
Willow felt her face heating up. She knew she wasn't able to come up with an excuse as to why she was so close to his face. She wasn't even aware that she was that close until she was startled by him waking up.
"Well it's late, I should probably go to my room to sleep," Willow said walking quickly out of the room.
As soon as she left Sawyer's room she to a deep breath. Walking to her room she heard another set of footsteps behind her. Looking behind her she saw Dustin walking behind her. He stopped when he noticed her staring at him.
"What?" Dustin snapped.
"N-nothing I just wanted to know who was behind me," Willow said.
"Well, now you know," Dustin said walking past her.
Willow watched as he walked away. Once he was out of sight she continued making her way to her room.
For hours she tried to sleep. Tossing and turning in her bed, but she could not sleep. Every time someone walked down the hall passing her door she would jerk up sitting in her bed terrified that it was Thomas. By the time midnight rolled around Willow still hadn't fallen asleep. With a sigh of annoyance, she throws the covers off and walks out of her room. She let her feet lead her as she tried to calm her mind. She had to keep telling herself she was safe, that Thomas was not here to harm her. But her mind would not let her rest. It tormented her with the shadows, making her think that Thomas was there lurking, waiting to strike. By the time she pushed her negative thoughts away she found herself standing in front of Sawyers' room.
"Wonder if he's up," Willow whispered to herself.
Quietly she knocked on the door. No answer. With a deep breath, she opens the door. Looking around the darkroom she notices that Sawyer was asleep in his bed. It was dark in his room, the only light was from a slit in his curtains. Slowly and quietly she makes her way into the room. Once the door is shut behind her Willow felt more at ease. She went over to the couch and laid down. She was hoping this would help her sleep. But after a half-hour, she sat back up and looked around. She was cold and still couldn't sleep. Looking over at Sawyer's bed where he slept she swallowed hard and slowly made her way over to the bed. As she got closer she noticed that the blanket was touching the floor. With a sigh of defeat and wanting some sleep she curled up on the floor and pulled the blanket slightly over her. She didn't want to wake Sawyer. Soon sleep took her.
"Oh come now," Thomas said," let's just have a little fun."
"No, get off me," Willow cried.
"All you have to do is be a good little kitty," he said against her neck.
"I said no," Willow said trying her best to push him off.
He then moved his hands and chained her to the wall restraining her. Tears stung her eyes as she felt Thomas's hands travel all over her.
"I said no," Willow cried harder, trying to free herself.
"Oh come now, you can't tell me that you're not having fun," Thomas said.
With a gasp, Willow woke up. It took her a moment before she registered that she was not laying on the floor. She attempted to sit up, but something held her down. Panicking Willow turns to see that it was Sawyer's arm. He was still asleep though. Trying again she felt his hold tighten around her.
"Sawyer," Willow whispered.
He didn't respond.
"Sawyer, wake up," Willow said.
"Hmm," Sawyer hummed.
"You have me pinned," Willow said.
"Mhmm," Sawyer hummed again.
"Pup, wake up," Willow said poking his face.
She continued to poke his face until she heard him moan. Slowly he opened one eye and then the other.
"What?" Sawyer asked with a yawn.
"I'm being held against my will," Willow said trying not to laugh.
"Sorry," Sawyer mumbled moving his arm.
"So why am I in your bed?" Willow asked.
"Ketten, it's too early for questions," Sawyer moaned rolling over showing Willow his back. He had even more tattoos covering his back.
"Oh come one just this one question then I'll let you sleep," Willow said.
"I woke up to pee and nearly stepped on you," Sawyer yawned," and before you ask I moved you to the bed because I didn't feel like searching for a blanket for you to sleep on the couch."
He turned back over to face Willow. This time he asked a question," why were you even in my room sleep on the floor?"
"Well, I couldn't sleep," Willow said, he gave her a look and she continued," I kept thinking Thomas was going to come and take me again."
"You don't have to worry about him," Sawyer said yawning," if he knows what's good for him he'll stay away."
She watched as Sawyer fell back asleep. But she couldn't help the feeling that something bad was going to happen.
