It's been a few months since Fred gave me the promise ring. Things have never been better. We celebrated the New Year together at the Burrow. It was actually the first time I had ever had a New Year's kiss!

Although class keeps us pretty busy, Fred still makes time for us to be alone and he never stops making me feel special and loved. We've been spending plenty of time together and have started keeping a list of all the places that we've hooked up at school.

It's been quite fun, actually. Of course, we have gotten just as much detention as we usually do, thankfully none with Snape recently.

Today was the second event of the Triwizard Tournament and Harry gave us all the impression that the event would take place in the Black Lake. Due to this inconvenience of not actually being able to see the action, George, Fred and I decided to try to get some younger students to buy more products.

We were standing out by the dock where students were walking out to take boats over to the spectator towers in the lake. Fred shouted, "GET YOUR SKIVING SNACKBOXES NOW!"

George shouted after him, "PRANK YOUR FRIENDS WHILE YOU WAIT FOR THE CHAMPION!"

I was laughing at how obnoxious they both were being and Ginny walked past us and glared at her brothers, "Stop being so mean!"

Fred and George exchanged looks and all three of us began to laugh as she boarded a boat with Luna Lovegood.

We saw Neville approaching with Harry. Last night, Neville came back to the Common Room and explained to me that he was going to help Harry with the task by giving him Gillyweed. I watched as Harry choked it down and they continued walking closer to us.

"Nev! Could I interest you in a Puking Pastille?" George offers the trunk to Neville and he shakes his head, "Never again, George."

George starts laughing with Fred and I smile at Harry and Neville, "Good luck today, Harry!"

Harry takes a deep breath and nods, "Thanks Maddie."

As the boys begin to walk ahead, I rub my hands together and shove them into my coat pockets, "I can't wait for Spring to finally roll around.

Fred comes up behind me and rubs his hands against my arms in an attempt to warm me up. I look up at him and smile.

"What do you guys say we go and get some coffee in Hogsmead? I reckon this event will be quite boring," George suggest and I nod furiously, "Yes please!"

Fred laughs at me and takes my hand as we walk away from the gathering students.

Later on in the Common Room, George was sitting cross-legged on the floor, drawing. Fred was laying across the sofa with his head in my lap. I was playing with his hair and listening to them both talk about their shop they want to open.

"It would be amazing if we bought that old joke shop in Diagon Alley and revamped it," George sighed, erasing something and then going back to drawing, "The only major problem would be trying to get mom on board with the idea."

Fred laughed, "That, and we don't have that kind of money."

George also scoffed at his brother's remark and nodded, "Oh yeah, that too."

I sighed, "Yeah but, you could definitely find some witch or wizard who'd invest in something like that. Especially when first years make their initial Hogwarts shopping spree. A shop like that would be a real money maker."
