I tried to cook a meal but I failed. With all this thing going on? Who wouldn't? So what I did is just order a box of pizza. Called Nina for some advices (What? She is my best friend after all) and get things straight out of my mind.

I know that Ellie and Nate is just a few rooms away and God knows what they are doing in there. I really restrained myself from going in there.

I opened the bottle of red wine and started drinking some. Ellie on the other hand just barged in my apartment.

"Hi babe." She said with a beaming a smile. I ignored her. "Oh I see you started to drink the wine. Why didn't you wait for me?"

She leaned down to kiss me. But before she could do that I opened my mouth.

"Hmm, I don't know, maybe because you were fvcking Nate on your apartment."

She looked at me surprise.

"Where did you heard that story?" She said. She is so good at lying.

"Maybe because I saw you down town kissing him and went into your apartment after."

"You got it all wrong babe."

"Don't. Just don't."

She was silent in about a minute. Then she began to cry. I offered my shirtsleeves to her as she cries. I began to take pity on her but not to the point where I would tidy her own mess.

Luckily, i was thinking straight at not let my heart think for me.

"I'm sorry Ellie, but this is the nicest way I could to break up with you. I can never trust you again. You see. I have some issues on cheating."

"I am so sorry Thomas. Nate and I hooked up before there was us." and she had the guts to tell me that.

"I don't want to know the details on that Ellie. Just go."

"I loved you." She said. I wanted to believe her but I decided not to.

"You really need to go now Ellie."

She stood up and went straight to the door.

"Leave the keys Ellie."

I heard her throw the key into the counter and closed the door shut.

I can't believe this thing happened to me. I can't believe these things happened to me.
