15 Eternal Change

I wake up to my someone shaking my shoulder. I open my eyes to see Harmony's face,her blonde hair covering half of it.
"I think you should see this," Harmony says, "it is footage of the night you all escaped."
I instantly sit upright. Harmony plays the footage on the holographic table. It shows me,Grace and Victor all standing by a wall at the edge of the facility. I am in my beast form,Victor is in a medical gown,Grace is in a medical gown as well but there is blood all down her front. All three of us begin to bare our teeth at the three approaching soldiers.
"Why is Grace baring her teeth?" I think curiously to myself.
I look closer at Grace and realise she has fangs protruding from her mouth. I feel my draw drop.
"It appears she obtained more then just the strength from the augmentations. " Harmony explains,obviously noticing my rather stunned facial expression.
I continue to watch the footage contently. The men begin to charge us with large electrical batons. I simply grab the poor man and tear his arm off,throwing it to the side and dropping the screaming man to the floor. Victor smashes the on coming enemy with his head and while the man is down,Victor decides to rip out his little spinal cord. Grace just stands still until the man gets within her arms length,then she grabs both his shoulder and bites the man in the throat with her fangs. Grace then whips her head back,tearing out the humans windpipe. The man falls to the ground,choking on his own blood.
We are all now covered in human blood. The wall suddenly explodes and we leave the three dead men,the floor now red. At this,the footage ends.
"No one can know about this. They will want to kill you all if they see this." Harmony says just before a creek is heard from the door.
We both turn to see Grace standing in the doorway,her face as white as a ghost. Grace then sprints off towards the living area.
"Reath,follow her. I will hide all these files and leave small remnants of them so not to raise suspicion among the group. Go!!"
I quickly run out the door towards living area.
"This is such a cliché." I think,shaking my head as I run.
When I arrive at the living area I find Grace standing still,confronted by Jaidyn. Jaidyn just looks down and shakes his head. He walks up to me.
"I knew this would happen someday,just wasn't sure that it would happen so soon." Jaidyn says as he walks past me.
I turn my attention to Grace just as she collapses to the floor.
"We need to get her to Victor in the medical bay,he should be there." Harmony voice says from behind me.
I quickly run over to Grace and pick her up.
"She is much heavier then I expected." I comment with a frown.
"Grace has a higher bone and muscle density like you and that makes her heavier. Now,we need to go!"

We quickly arrive at the medical bay. Victor asleep in a chair by the entrance. Harmony quickly wakes him from his deep slumber. Victor sits bolt up right,his eyes now on Grace in my arms.
"Get her on the bed." Victor quickly commands as he walks to a nearby chest of draws.
I quickly approach the bed in the centre of the room and place Grace's unconscious body on it. Victor comes and stands by the bed. A smart phone in his left hand and a high tech gauntlet on his right. He places his right hand on Grace's forehead while looking at the phone.
After a few minutes he removes his hand from Grace's forehead and turns to us.
"Physically she is fine,mentally she is not fairing so well." Victor informs us.
"What must we do." Harmony asks,fear in her blue eyes.
Victor begins to walk slowly away from Grace's still body.
"She is currently not managing very well with the information she just acquired from the footage,so her brain is trying to sort and categorise it. There is a possibility that she will be a completing different person when she awakens,I honestly don't know. Her forgotten memories have actually suppressed some aspects of the augmentations,like the fangs and her full strength." Victor explains as he returns the glove and phone to the chest of draws.
"How long will she remain unconscious?" I ask quietly.
"Probably just a few hours,her brain operates three to four times faster then a regular human brain,which is about a third faster then an Immortals brain," Victor casually states on his way back to us, "would you like to wait here or go back to bed,because I can grab a few chairs if you would like to stay."
"We would like to stay. Thank you Victor." Harmony replies,not bothering to hear my decision(which is that,but still).
Victor strolls over to the wall next to the chest of draws and places his palm on it. The wall separates to show lots of consoles and below them a few collapsable chairs. Victor grabs one in each hand,each chair a navy blue. He passes me and Harmony one each. I open mine up,place it next to the bed,sit in it and of course fall asleep yet again.

I am stirred by a hand gently shaking my shoulder. I open my eyes to see Grace looking at me. I look to Harmony to see that is still asleep,gently breathing. I look back to Grace to see that she is quietly sitting up playing with her long brown hair.
"How are you feeling?" I ask,hoping for a good answer.
"I am feeling good." Grace says with a grin,showing me her newly formed fangs.
