Mikasa called for Jean to meet her at the balcony at sunset. Jean had arrived, Mikasa was leaning against the railings of the balcony, the sun's rays descending over her face, her white complexion glowing. Jean gaped, he still was not used to Mikasa's breathtaking beauty. He strided forward, walking up to her and stood beside her.
"What is it love?"
She turned her body to him, her grey eyes shimmering vibrantly as ever once again trapping Jean in them, he was always bewitched by her eyes.
"I want to thank you for everything you've done for me. Thank you, Jean." Mikasa said, tucking a hair strand behind her ear.
"Why does this sound like a farewell? You're not planning on leaving, are you?" Jean's voice was low, seeming like he was dreading the idea of her leaving.
"It is. I just needed to notify you so you don't worry over me" Jean eye's widened, pursing his lips tightly. His face fell.
"Where are you going?"
"To Hizuru."
"Are you going to eloborate as to why you made up that decision."
"I need a new beginning. I want to leave all the painful past behind me, this place only holds me back. There's no one in particular that I'm tied down to anyway"
"What about me ? Do you consider me as merely someone to discard easily? I hold no importance in your heart?"
"Jean, that's not what I meant-" Mikasa was cut off.
"No, it's alright. If that's what you wish then I don't see why I should stop you. After all, there's no one here important enough for you to remain." Mikasa desperately tried to grab ahold of Jean, Mikasa tugging at his coat.
"Let me explain at least."
"I don't need an explanation, you made up your mind, I won't intervene."
He left her there, opening the glass door and entering inside. She half expected for him to cling onto her and stop her but weirdly he didn't. And if she was being honest, she was a bit upset that he let her go so easily. Mikasa clenched her fist, and entered inside.
Mikasa was sipping a cup of tea in Jean's room when suddenly Jean entered the room. He looked completely wasted. Jean grabbed her harshly from her wrist, pushing her onto the canopy bed while unbuckling his belt and proceeded to unzip his pants. Every passing second his anger and impatience was ticking like a time bomb. He got on top of her and gave sloppy wet kisses all over her neck. Mikasa could smell the reek of alcohol coming from Jean's mouth as he made out with her roughly. She was too stunned to react as she never seen him so angered in a sensual way.
"What do you think your doing."
"Making sure everyone knows your mine, what do you think I'm doing." He bit her on the neck, sucking and nibbling on her soft bare skin and leaving hickeys along her embellished skin full of scars. It seemed Jean was not ready to let her go. If it was a way for Jean to release his frustrations of her departure, Mikasa would let him get it his way. Mikasa slid her fingers through Jean's soft sandy brown locks, as he roughly raised her dress.
'I want to have you tonight, I want you to know that your mine.' The curtain's of the canopy bed flowed as the two embraced and made love one last time.
Mikasa and Jean reached the port, It was now time for the two to seperate from each other. Her heart was always indifferent to Jean. so she could easily let him go on the other hand, Jean was the only one of the two suffering from the thought of parting ways with Mikasa.
