Chapter 12

After the short meeting with Kenma and Kuroo, you headed back to your room and started strategising again. You knew you should probably eat but you were too focused on getting this done. You fixed the hacker's list before setting it aside and thinking again.

"Why are they so eager to find the person who hacked into their organisation? Or at least attempted to? Are they scared of an attack? Or is something else the reason? I have an idea but Kenma and Kuroo would kill me if I did this. Oh well. You only live once!" You say aloud.

You quickly grabbed your backpack and put your laptop in it along with a pen and your notebook. You grabbed your purse and threw that inside as well. You headed over to your bedroom door and locked it to prevent anyone from coming in. You then headed over to your window and opened it before climbing out. Since your room had the roof near it, you stood on the tiles and closed your window before climbing down.

You climbed down and headed over to the outside parking area. You had been given a car by Kenma so you took the keys out of your pocket and unlocked it. You opened the driver-side door and climbed in, placing your backpack on the seat next to you. You put the keys in the right place and started to drive out of the Nekoma grounds.

You had managed to trace the phone call between Oikawa and Ushijima and worked out where Aoba Johsai was. Bringing your phone out from your pocket, you unlocked it and opened the maps app. You typed in Aoba Johsai's address and then set directions from where you were to Aoba Johsai.

"Wha- 4 hours and 17 minutes?! You're kidding me!" You sigh in both annoyance and defeat.

You started the long drive to Aoba Johsai and hoped you wouldn't get scolded when you got back. You followed the instructions to a T and kept on driving until you felt slightly tired. You'd only been driving just over 2 hours but parked up anyway and turned off your engine. You got out of the car and headed to the back to lie down and sleep.

After a couple hours, you woke up. You yawned slightly and climbed out of the car. You stomach rumbled so you went to look for somewhere to buy food. You found a small convenience store and headed inside. You bought a small pastry and a drink and payed. You headed back to your car and unlocked it before getting in and eating your breakfast. After you had finished, you placed the wrapper in the pocket in the door and continued to drive to Aoba Johsai.

After 2 more hours, you finally arrived. You got out of the car and stretched your legs before grabbing your bag and locking the car door. You then headed up to the massive gate and saw a buzzer. You pressed the buzzer and waited for someone to answer.

"Hello? Who is this? We weren't expecting visitors today." The voices says.

"Hello. Hear me out, it's urgent. Can I come in?" You ask.

After you said that, the doors opened and you walked inside. Once inside, you were greeted with two guys holding guns. You knew what they meant so you immediately threw your hands in the air.

"I don't have any firearms on me." You explain.

"We'll be the judge of that." The person says.

They checked your person and backpack and saw you were being honest. They escorted you inside and to their boss' office. You stepped inside the office and saw Oikawa with another person stood beside him.

"Jeez. They really don't like being in the presence of me, do they?" You thought to yourself.

"So what brings you all the way here?" Oikawa asks you.

"Well I mean I did drive 4 hours just to speak to you, so..." You pause.

"Seriously?" The person next to him says.

"Yeah." You say sheepishly, rubbing the back of your neck.

"So what brings you here?" Oikawa asks again.

"Ok so a little birdy told me you gave out a list of hackers to Shiratorizawa. All I wanna know is how you got that list and why I'm on it." You ask.

"Wait, you're on the list?" Oikawa asks.

"That's all you picked up from her explanation?!" His second-hand says.

"No..." He says with a pout.

"Ok, about the list. Oikawa here is the head of all of the Mafia's in Japan. He is in charge of making sure all of them are behaving. We have a list of all the members within each faction. We know nothing about you. As far as we were concerned, Nekoma's hacker was their leader. We got an anonymous tip one day about another hacker that's emerged out of nowhere. Which was you. They didn't know what organisation you worked for, just that you were a hacker." He explains.

"Are you sure it's a good idea telling me this?" You ask.

"Frankly, yes and no. Yes, because you drove all the way out here to deliver us information. No because we don't even know how you found it out in the first place." His second-hand says.

"If you say nothing, I will tell you how." You say.

"Go on..." Oikawa says.
