Kenma pulled you into your own bedroom and sat you down on your bed. He closed your door and headed over to you. He sat next to you and pulled you close to him, his arm around your shoulders. You turned to face him and cried into his shirt. He rubbed circles on your back before you spoke up.
"I didn't think I would be affected by this. I thought I'd be able to shoot her and get over it. But I couldn't. I just couldn't." You cried into his arms.
"Hey it's ok. This isn't something any of us will get over quickly. None of us are used to all of this carnage. I don't think Japan will ever be the same again." Kenma speaks out.
"Mhm I agree. But at least we have each other. And Nekoma." You say.
"Yes that's true. Oh Y/N? I don't think I've said this before but, I love you." Kenma says.
"I love you too, Kenma." You reply.
You lay down on your bed with Kenma behind you. And you both fell asleep in each other's arms. Lovingly. You wanted to protect each other from the world you lived in.
