The king's face showed nothing more but fear. It's pale complexion got worse than what it used to be. He looked around for guards but all of them were gone. He also saw a lot of unfamiliar faces who seemed to get closer to the princess. He looked for his wife but couldn't find her either until she stood next to Serena. 'She will be beheaded by morning if she is planing what I think she is' he thought. Next to him stood Ash, his mouth agape to what he just witnessed. Serena was standing in front of his eyes, not letting him marry Lillie. His smile grew even more when his mother winked at him. His heart started beating faster and the eyes who once showed tears and sadness, now shined with love and strength. While Ash's mind rambled on to Serena, Lillie looked at him and Serena and to the king, trying to comprehend what was happening. She somehow wanted to kill that girl for ruining her chances. But she also knew the king would never allow a low life like her to steal Lillie's spotlight and the chance of marrying his son.

"You have no right to be here!" The king shouted walking till he was standing in front of Serena. The people all around stared.

"What are you going to do about it? Beat me? Close me in a room?" Serena replied back

The king stood still by the princess's reply and he finally understood what she meant. "You think you can come in here and destroy their wedding you're wrong! Guards!" He shouted

"Oh yeah, I'm super duper scared. You can call your guards as much as you want but they won't come, they are on our side"

"Your side? Who in the world would ally to a slut?" This caught Ash's attention as he ran to Serena and looked at his father with a wave of anger that no one had ever witnessed before

"Don't you dare to talk to her that way!"

"And what will you two do? You will get back to the aisle immediately Ash! And I hope I don't have to repeat myself. Stop intervening in my business"

"What will you do if I don't go?"

"You know exactly what I will do, so step away before I make you" Ash remembered what his father mentioned as he grabbed his sword not taking it off but showing Ash that he would kill her in front of everybody if needed. Ash walked away, leaving Serena at his father's mercy. Although when he looked in her eyes, he saw strength, no fear at all. She looked powerful, a true queen followed by her subedits. "Now where were we? Ah, yes! LEAVE NOW!"

"NO! You have been treating these people poorly. Not only your subedits but also your son and your wife! I will not stand and let you hurt people that I care about!"

"You care about the poor helpless losers who live in that village?"

"I do! And as their king, you should too. That is why everyone is with me, facing you, ready to put an end to your reign."

"You make me laugh, foolish girl! Do you think you can come in here and steal my kingdom? That is why that stupid war started so many years ago. Because your stupid father could no longer hold his needs to have more power!"

"That is a lie and you know it!" Serena replied making everyone look at her with curiosity to find more. Her mother held Delia's hand. She was scared for her daughter's life. She was putting it all at risk. "You and my father made a pact on the day that the dreadful proclamation of the war for power between the two kingdoms started!"

"You are such a liar. I would never do such a thing"

"Why deny something we have proof of?" The kind finally was taken back by Serena's words. "I see you are finally understanding the weight of your actions. You see, before we came here, my father has been arrested, he is no longer the king. He was arrested for possessive and aggressive manners towards his family but also for stealing the money that belongs to the people. That meant both my mother and I had access to all of his papers. And surprisingly I found this." Serena held a paper in her hand. The king took one step back. Ash was completely taken back by Serena's actions. However, he couldn't be more proud of her, for standing up against everything that kept pushing her down. He also felt like a complete idiot for actually thinking that the girl he loves will ever let him go so easily. "So, since you claimed you have nothing to hide, that I am a liar, I shall ready this to everyone present: By the power invested in me, Calem Yvonne, and King Red Ketchum, is declared a war between the two kingdoms to keep our powers separated. The other shall never interfere with the rules chosen by the other. Our guards shall never attack each other, only on cases to specifically make the war that has been created more believable. This war is based on a fake attempt made by me, Calem Yvonne, to take the south side of Kalos. Signed by Calem Yvonne and Red Ketchum." Serena stopped to see the king's eyes burning in anger, Ash's eyes completely surprised, Lillie's face shocked and most of the villagers also with the same expression.
