Molly Weasley couldn't remember the last time she had been as excited as she was the morning that she found George and Olivia cuddled up on the couch.

Her jaw dropped as she wandered through to the kitchen on that warm August morning, stopping in her tracks as she peered through the door to the living room to see her son and the girl she was so fond of fast asleep, underneath the patchwork blanket she had knitted for him years ago. Her feet were carrying her back to the bed where her husband lay, fast asleep, before she even realised it. She shook him awake, grabbing his hand and walking him through to the doorway, pointing at the pair of teenagers who were blissfully unaware of anything that was happening around them.

Despite still being half asleep, Arthur grinned. His wife was ecstatic, pushing past him and into the kitchen where she turned the radio on and got started on breakfast for the group. Arthur stayed in the doorway for a moment more, before walking into the kitchen to kiss his wife on the cheek.

Liv woke up to the smell of cinnamon, and rays of sunlight streaming over the two of them. Memories of the night before flooded her mind as she looked up at the redheaded boy she loved, smiling up at him and pressing a soft kiss to his jawline. Yawning, she locked eyes with Molly who was grinning at her from the other side of the room.

"Morning love, good night?"

"The best." Liv mumbled, sitting up on the couch and stretching. She heard George groan slightly as she sat beside him, grumpy at the loss of contact. Chuckling lightly, she followed his mother into the kitchen.

George woke up alone on the living room couch, squinting in the bright light and running a hand lazily through his hair. The quiet conversation from his girlfriend and his mum carried through from the other room, and he couldn't stop himself from smiling.

"I'm so happy you two found one another." Mrs Weasley said, placing her hand on top of the girl's from across the table. "I don't think there could be anyone more perfect for him." Liv smiled at the compliment.

"I'm the luckiest girl on the planet, the wait was completely worth it."

Molly looked up to see her son's lips curved into a smile, leaning against the doorway. He walked over to Liv's side, kissing her gently on the forehead and walking over to make her a cup of tea. Molly sighed at the look in his eyes, turning to see Liv looking at him in the exact same fashion, resting her chin on her hand and blushing slightly. People flooded the kitchen as the sun rose higher into the sky, teasing the new couple who sat so closely together it was as if they were joined at the hip. Lee was the most smug of the lot, smirking as Fred and Juno each handed him five galleons.

"I cannot believe you bet on us!" Liv said. George chuckled, admiring the way her nose scrunched as she giggled.

"I can't believe I lost." Fred grumbled, watching Lee count the individual coins out onto the table. "If you had just asked her out the first time you snogged her I would be a rich man!"

"I bet Spring, safe to say I definitely lost." Juno muttered, taking a bite of toast.

"Not like you need it though." Fred frowned, laughing as Juno smacked him in protest when he raised a hand to her hair.

"Fuck off." She whispered, keeping her voice down as not to attract the attention of Mrs Weasley (who was gossiping with Ginny about George and Olivia).

Breakfasts were finished, conversations became more lively as everyone properly woke up and the sun rose higher into the shy as a loud bang sounded on the glass window.

"Bloody owl." Ron mumbled, standing up from his chair and opening the window to let Errol in. An outline of where he had landed was marked on the glass panes as Ron took the letters from the confused, ancient looking bird. Behind him, a bird with feathers as black as the night floated down and landed gracefully.
