——IN THE MORNING——
At last awake from where he had deposited himself in the early morning, Golo opens one eye. Then the other. He takes a long, deep breath and yells:
Golowen: "WAKE UP, SLEEPY HEADS, IT'S TIME TO FUCKING M O V E – "
Ferris: "WHAT THE FUCK MAN, BE QUIET"
Ferris yells from across the clearing.
Yuko wakes, startled.
Yuko: "Wh-what?!"
Golowen: "Its time to dance!" <Singing> "Its time to PRAAAAANCE- "
Faith: "I already said, I aint going"
Golowen: "ITS TIME FOR THE FESTIVITIES TO BEGIIIIIIIN- "
Faith: <Rolling over> "Shut up"
Yuko: <Smiling> "Oh, the party!"
Ferris stands and walks over to where the bag of clothes is.
Ferris: "Aight, everyone come get your stuff. I'm lucky I got to choose my own clothes, but sadly, the rest of you will have to deal with what Yuko got you"
Golowen: "Oh- Topaz" <Looking around> "Just a second"
Ferris: "Take this with you"
He hands Golo Topaz's suit.
Golowen: "Aight, thanks. I have a hunch..."
He gallops into the underbrush at the west edge of the clearing. Sure enough, he re-emerges a few seconds later.
Golowen: "Here"
Topaz is walking beside him, for once, instead of being dragged.
Faith: "I'm still not comfortable with going to this fancy prom"
Golowen: "Shame, because you are"
Ferris throws Yuko's dress over to her, then dumps Faith's clothes on the ground and strides off into the bushes with his own suit. Yuko leaves the group to get changed, and Topaz changes with Golo's wings as a screen.
Faith picks up the dress and stares at it.
Faith: "I'm not wearing this"
Ferris: "I didn't choose it, go talk to Yuko"
Faith: "I can't, she's changing"
Topaz pushes down Golo's wings and walks forwards. He doesn't look bad, but not good either.
Golowen: "Faith... Ferris, care to remind her what happens when people don't cooperate?"
Ferris emerges from the bushes, then collects a few essentials and stuffs them into his pockets.
Ferris: "What happens is you become a dirty fucking bastard"
Yuko comes back, extravagantly dressed in her new outfit.
Yuko: "What do you think?"
She spins around to show it off happily.
Golowen: "Wonderful. I think you're enjoying this way more than everyone else"
Faith: "You look better than I would. It makes you fit the title 'posh girl' even better"
Ferris: <Rolling his eyes> "She looks better than any of us, deal with it"
