Thanks for all your kind words!

"This is horrible," Jimin murmured as he tightened his hold around Taehyung's arm, glancing around the room full of well-dressed, expensive looking people, "I don't feel like socializing tonight."
"We don't really have a choice, do we?" Taehyung responded, nodding towards a few guests who had acknowledged their presence and greeted them with wide smiles.
"We could go back and say there was an emergency or something."
"Your family and my management wouldn't let us get away with that. We're supposed to be here tonight, so stop complaining and put on your best smile."
He led them further into the hall, looking around for any familiar faces. Jimin on the other hand kept his gaze down, not wanting to get anyone's attention right now. He'd have to meet his grandfather soon, and instead of being forced to act like he was actually interested in any conversation, the model would very much prefer it to mentally prepare himself for their encounter. He couldn't even enjoy the extravagant and glamorous interior, which he was pretty sure his mother had been involved in creating. The marble floor, the magnificent chandeliers, the noble suits and gowns people were wearing- none of these things were able to excite him anymore, and he absolutely hated it. He hated how sick he felt after stepping into this room, the atmosphere making him feel uncomfortable and nervous.
These kind of events used to enthrall him. So why couldn't he pull himself together and be his usual charming self?
"Oh, I'm so glad you're here. Jimin honey, what's with that sad look on your face?"
The model met his mother's gaze, putting on a fake smile.
"Hello, mother. You look gorgeous tonight," he complimented her, not surprised to see that she was easily putting everyone else to shame with her long, white dress and brilliant jewelry. She loved to stand out, even if it mean hours of styling to overshadow every other woman in this room.
"Thank you, dear. Taehyung, you've become even more handsome!" She chuckled and hugged him tightly, "How are your parents doing?"
"I haven't talked to them in a while, but I'm sure they're doing fine. My sister got engaged recently, so that's all they've been focusing on."
"Congratulations! I hope Hyeri and her soon-to-be husband have a bright future ahead of them!"
Jimin tried to hide his laugh with a cough, ignoring the glare Taehyung was giving him before smiling at Sarang again.
"If they need any help, they can always call me."
"I'll let her know," the actor nodded, wanting to change the topic as soon as possible, "Jimin and I were actually wondering who to talk to tonight."
"Oh, there are enough people waiting for you to finally approach them. Take a drink and start socializing. Have fun, boys!"
Jimin watched her leave, scoffing quietly.
"This woman is getting on my nerves today."
"Well, you can't exactly get rid of your own mother, so you might as well make the best out of it," Taehyung shrugged, "Come on, I need some wine."
After getting some drinks, both men started talking to the other guests. Most of them were internationally recognized fashion designers, retired models or close family friends.
"Jimin, I haven't seen you in so long!" A woman beamed at him, seemingly in his mother's age, "Oh my, look at you! You've grown up so beautifully."
