3| Frustrations

When Seohyun woke up, the space beside her was empty. She straightened up and yawned, when suddenly a little girl in pink pyjamas stormed into her room, laughing and jumping on the queen-size bed.

"Mommy, wake up! Daddy's making food."

"Good morning to you too, Haeun," Seohyun said and rubbed her tired eyes. She didn't sleep very well.

"Mommy's lazy," Haeun giggled and Seohyun started tickling her. "Who are you calling lazy, huh?"

Haeun laughed again and Seohyun loved seeing her daughter this happy. Last night, the little girl was crying because of having bad nightmares, but now it all seemed to be forgotten.

"Okay, let's go down and say hello to appa, alright?" She took her hand and let Haeun lead her down to the kitchen.

"Good morning, babe!" Jungkook greeted his wife by kissing her on the lips. She smiled after seeing the delicious breakfast he had prepared for them.

Since Jungkook was shirtless, his well defined abs and broad shoulders were visible. Seohyun immediately lost interest in the food and rather enjoyed the view in front of her. Her husband was wearing his favourite gray sweatpants and his long, black hair was still wet from taking a shower. Seohyun looked at the clock hanging above the refrigerator.

"It's 7 AM. When did you wake up, Kookie?"

Jungkook decided to be honest with her. He knew she didn't like the idea of him coming home this late, but lying wasn't a better option.

"It was already 5 AM when I came back, so I didn't sleep at all."

Seohyun tried to hide her anger.

5 AM? Who did you talk to for this long? That Jimin guy, maybe?

"Listen, I'm sorry for being this late. After the party ended, me and a few friends decided to go to another club. I was drunk and forgot about the time. It won't happen again, I promise."

"It's okay," Seohyun said, "You're here now, after all." She shouldn't be mad at him for having a little fun, right?

"Let's eat then, I'm starving!"

"Namjoon's party was legendary. So many celebrities were present and nearly all of them wore his newly designed clothes. Ugh, I wish I could wear something from his collection while celebrating his birthday, am I right Donghyuk?"

"I think everyone wants to do that Hongki, but you're right, the party indeed was a hit and so many of our favourite stars let us be a part of it by constantly uploading pictures and short videos on their social networks. Personally, I was so excited to see Namjoon-ssi with Seokjin. I just love the fact that a designer fell in love with his own model. How romantic!"

"YES and according to some insiders, the two of them did message each other quite a lot even before the big show. I wonder if there are any other secret affairs we don't know about.."

"Oh come on, there must be. I would love to see more couples making their relationships public. By the way, did you see how freaking good Jeon Jungkook looked? His hair is longer now and everyone is going crazy after seeing him being friends with Park Jimin and Kim Taehyung."

"I know right, they really look stunning together. It's nice to see that there are so many new friendships. That's why I love parties, you always get to meet new people."

"That's true and I can't wait to see more interactions between them. Also, Jimin-ssi officially reached 25 million subscribers on Instagram! Congratulations!!!"
