"No"

His eyes widened in distain "what do you mean..no?"

"I mean no. No I'm not coming with you" Kina repeated her words sharp and to the point, holding back any emotion that could've been shown at that point.

Micheal clenched his hands tightly but not so much that you could notice, his eye started to twitch and his face turned a red hue.

"And why no huh I'm your father after all Kina you should be loyal to me I would go with you if you offered"

Kina scoffed leaning back it utter shock at the audacity this so called man she named her father"
Micheal crossed his arms and spoke again "Well are you coming with me or are you just going to leave me like you  always do and like mother and sist-"

"Don't you fucking dare." She hissed raising her index finger and jabbing his chest harshly "you have no right you hear me! No right at all to blame me for not knowing of your death I may not have been there when you went but where the fuck where you the time you were alive? You were hardly home, mum had to look after two children on her own whilst her good for nothing husband fucked off to god knows where until the early hours"

She paused before continuing "I didn't owe you my life and certainly don't owe you my death, why should I go with someone who didn't care when I was alive and clearly doesn't care when I'm dead either, you killed me, killed my dreams, aspirations and life and I will never forgive you"

Micheal then grabbed the young girl by the scruff of her collar and pulled her up close earning a gasp.

His gaze burned into the back of her skull and his tone and presence was no longer friendly it was threating.

"You listen here right now you little shit I am your father whether you like it or not you do as your told and if I say your coming with me your coming with me... I AM YOUR FAMI-" A swooping motion came past her vision and the man went crashing to the ground. When Kina looked up Thomas was stood there holding Captain's cane, the others where stood around. Cap and Robin holding Micheal down.

"She's not going anywhere we're her family now and always will be you are a disgrace and given this girl hell all her life, she doesn't need you"

Micheal glared at Thomas before pulling himself out of the Captain's and Robin's grasp leaping up and throwing a punch directly at his face making him stumble back, this however set Julian off as he grabbed the horrible excuse of a father and yanking him towards his face.

"Oi nobjockey pick on someone your own size got it?" Julian spat then proceeded to headbutt the man hard.

Micheal clutched his nose in pain before stumbling around to Kina, he stopped looking at her head on still clutching his nose. The other ghosts surrounded Robin, Julian, Cap and Thomas (who was holding his cheek) waiting to pounce if he tried anything with her.

"Why are you doing this?... just move on please your just hurting yourself and me if you really cares you'd go" Kina mumbled avoiding his eyes.

The father's eyes slightly widened in realisation, his posture changed into a relaxed stance. He hung his head low in somewhat shame before opening his mouth to let out these two words "I'm sorry" with that he hesitated before placing a hand onto the young girl's shoulder, she flinched slightly but calmed down when she knew he was done, he was finally done.

With that he took one more glance at the other ghosts and then turned on his heels walking out of the room into the unknown.

A few moments later Kina let out a sigh of relief and pain, a couple tears of sorrow trickled down her face onto her brown knitted sweater.

"There all gone, every single one of them... they've all left me" she muttered her voice slightly quivering but just at that moment she felt a whole bunch of arms surround her as if she was in sinking sand her body was stiff, it was only then till she realised it was all the ghosts.

They had surrounded her in a big group hug, all of them.

Just then Fanny spoke up "We haven't left you though Kina and look at me" and so she did ,"and I'm telling you right now we never will that I can promise"

Then Pat spoke up "You've had a hard time Kina your family weren't what family are meant to be and being dead is a hard thing to accept when the world around you lives but like Fanny said we're here your part of the family now you have people who care about you, someone who loves you and that's last longer than life does trust me"

Kina teared up again and smiled at Pat. Her gaze turned to Thomas who was smiling so much he could've been the joker.

Captain caught onto this and ushered all the other ghosts to give them time together to collect there thoughts, surely one by one they all left each of them saying something along the lines of 'glad your here' or  'love you'.

Captain was the last to leave however before he did he placed both hands on  her shoulders looking her dead in the eye and stated "one of the bravest soldiers I have ever had the pleasure of dying with, I only hope you stay that strong for Button House" Kina giggled and saluted the Officer and then hugged him tightly making the awkward man straighten up.

Once he'd left it was just the Poet with his words and the girl with her heart.

"I love thee you know and I will always be here for you no matter what you know that?" He spoke softly tucking a piece of hair behind her ear.

Kina blushed smiling from ear to ear replying "I know and I love you too I really do and I appreciate everything thing you've done for me, you made me feel whole and I can't ever repay you for tha-" he kissed her quickly cutting her off swiftly.

Kina stumbled back in shock as he chuckled whispering "Well guess what you just did" he grabbed her arm gently pulling her to the door.

"Shall we have the best death of our of lives dear?"

She giggled nodding.

Thomas smiled before stating calmly and to the point looking at the girl who changed him more than anyone has ever done...

                            

"You know if I could ....
                  I'd die for you"
