She wakes up, her back stiff after sleeping on a very thick sleeping bag. Ryujin was never a morning person especially for school. If she had the choice, she would drop out on the spot, but her friends would never let that happen. Now as the alarm hits 7:15, Ryujin quickly makes her way to the bathroom, but before she can touch the knob she is pushed out of the way.
"Ow! God dammit!" She turns around as she hears the door close and lock," Hey! Open the door. I was here first!"
"No can do Ryujin. This face needs to prepare itself to impress the boys on the first day of school." Said Yuna. "Besides it's not like you're going to impress anyone on the first day"
Ryujin could hear Yuna laugh at her last remark.
"I don't need to impress anyone since I don't give a damn unlike you" she said while rolling her eyes. "Either way all the boys and girls still fawn over me. Maybe you're the one who needs to step up their own game if you want to be popular as me."
"Hey! You big meanie!" She cried out.
"Baby!"
"Jeez guys can you like shut up. god you guys are so loud for the first day." Yeji walked out of her room.
"Blame Yuna. She's the one who wanted to have a sleepover before school started."
Ryujin then noticed and was surprised she was already dressed for school with her bag in hand. "Why are you already ready? We still have at least 40 more minutes until we head out." Suddenly she was slapped in the head by Yeji. "uh ow."
"of course, you'd forget, Ryujin," she said as her hand held her head." We have an early sports meeting for soccer for our new schedule for this year."
Ryujin tended to forget things like these that weren't that important to her, but she still loved the sport. "Oh. So, what time do we have to be there at?"
"In 10 minutes, so tell Yuna to hurry up and then start my car while I get your lunches ready." I caught the keys she threw at me and started the car, while the whining Yuna was now rushing out of the shower, quickly applying her makeup, and putting her clothes on in the car on the way to school.
It was an exciting yet extremely nervous day for Lia. She'd recently moved from Canada into her new neighborhood in South Korea. Having to leave her friends behind was the hardest thing to do and she only had one year left of high school, but her parents decided for her that she'd move back to her hometown to finish school.
Lia really hated living in her house though. It was big enough for a family of seven, but not even her parents would join her only to leave her alone with her staff. However, she never let that get to her cause now she had just enough freedom to do whatever she wanted. But the best part was that her childhood friend, Chaeryeong still lived in her neighborhood.
Not that it surprised Lia, Chaeryeong was still as kind and sweet as ever, and best of all they'd be attending the same school.
As Lia sat eating her breakfast at the table, the door rang. Her butler quickly opened the door to let Chaeryeong in.
"Good morning Choi Jisu! Shall we head out now?" She bowed as she was trying hard not to laugh.
Lia smiled at her and curtsied in response. "Hahaha! Of course, my good sir!"
"Now I know you might be nervous, but don't worry as long as you have me, we're fine." Chaeryeong hugged Lia to comfort her.
"but that's if we're put in the same class, I heard that our class is split in two. What if I'm all alone!" Lia started to pout.
