~A week later~

LINK'S POV

The 20th. The day before Vidcon starts! Just finishing packing my suitcase, the feeling of zippering up my suitcase is such a relieve. My OCD gets hectic during the process. I need my shirts and pants neatly folded.

"Hey honey! I'm finish with packing. My plan is to pick up Rhett and head to the hotel." I shout through the other room. Christy is finishing up folding the kids laundry. She's the best wife ever and will be forever!

"Okay! Are you going now honey?" She asked coming through the door with a basket. "I'm gonna leave soon. Just wanna say goodbye to the kids." I respond. "Okay! I think the last load is done, can you check?" I head to the drier and and the last snip stopped. "Do you want me to put it in this black basket over here?" I ask her. "Yea please do!" I then open the door to dump the warm clothes in and bring it to Christy.

"Hey, Rhett's going to be inpatient so I may head out in a minute or two just to let you know." "Okay hun! The kids need to know!" She said immediately. "Yea I know."

I head to the living room to hear nerf darts spiraling through the wind. "Halt!" I shout at them, knowing I'm coming through. "Guys I'm now heading out to get Rhett so we can go to Vidcon." I say sitting on the arm of the couch. "Aw poo!" Lando says disappointedly. "Don't worry Lando. I'll be back in three days." I say messing up his hair. "Plus you got Locke and Shepard to play with!" I say slowly approaching a hand gun. "Are any of the fans going to bring gifts for us?" Lily asked. "Maybe! I'll text mom if there are."

"Okay! Well, we'll see you soon daddy." Lincoln said running in for a huge hug. Lily then Lando joined. "Rhett has to be waiting by now. I'll see my munchkins on Sunday." I say heading to my room to get my suitcase.

Those kids are the best. Even Rhett knows how much I adore them. I get through the door frame and found my suitcase is on edge of the bed. I get a hold of it and I see Christy in the doorway.

"You might need this." She give me a smile and hands me my backpack. Thank goodness she gave me it, since my laptop was in it.

"I almost forgot that thanks honey!" I lean towards her for a kiss on the cheek and swing the backpack into my back. "Okay, I'm heading out now." I say grabbing my suitcase. "See ya Sunday my sunshine." Christy says with a cute tone.

I make it to the living room to get huge hugs from the kids. They see me and they rush into my long arms. "We'll miss you!" They say in union. "I'll miss you guys too!" I say heading to the door.

I reached to my car and put my suitcase in the trunk and head in the drivers seat. "Okay. Now to get Rhett to change some lives." I turn on the engine and head out of the neighborhood.
