Once again, the event's were unfolding after dusk. I didn't know why my luck sucked so much, but it seemed like Lord really didn't want me to win.

I mean, WHY WAS I ON AN ABANDONED CEMETERY IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT?!

"Is this it?" I asked, trying to keep my voice calm despite the fact that I was actually losing it. Sangwon stopped walking once we were inside the cemetery, standing in front of a tombstone, which I realized later, the grave, was empty.

"This is it." Sanwon replied, but I only stared at the six feet hole in front of me, wondering what was actually going on now. The tombstone looked quite old, which meant this hole was once upon a time occupied. Where then, did the coffin or even the body go? Or even worse, why was it dug?

I looked at Sangwon for some explanation, but the man just stared down at the pit of darkness as if he wasn't just looking at a deadman's home. "Mr. Yoo, I asked you to take me to Sunmi, not a graveyard. Where on Earth is she?"

Sangwon seemed the least bit fazed as he fished out a folded handkerchief from his pocket, unfolding it slowly. "And why, pray tell me, would I actually follow that?"

I wanted to tell him that because I could kill him anytime I wanted, that his whole family could die, but right then, Sangwon lifted the handkerchief to the level of my face, bringing his mouth infront of it and just like that, he blew on it.

The sudden shock and dust had me taken aback, as the dust particles burnt my nose, my throat and my eyes, sending me into a coughing fit. It felt like spraying pepper spray, although no one ever did that to me, but I felt like this is what it would feel like. The burning gradually increased, travelling from my throat to my entire body, making me sink to the floor.

"Wh-uh-what is uh-th-that?" The coughing increased as I felt like my lungs were turning to dust, the oxygen leaving my whole body. Whatever it was, it wasn't very good for immortals like me.

Sangwon circled me like a pray while I crouched on the floor, slowly tucking the handkerchief back in his pocket. "Hell's ashes. Or to be more exact, the Hounds of Hell's ashes. Did you like it?"

Hounds of hell? Their ashes? Where on Earth did he get that? No one can see them nor kill them but us! The only thing that mortals can see is their ashes after they die. Did this bastard...was he...was he collecting the ashes the more we killed? Just how much does this prick know?

"I know that you are not human. And I now know that you are a Guardian. You see, I have had my suspicions about immortals like you for a long time. I knew that not all the people that we socialize every day with, not all the people that walk the streets and cross the roads, not all the people who stop by cafes to have a cup of coffe are all humans, although they might look like us. And you just happened to be that one of them." Sangwon had regaind his cocky behaviour, now that he knew he was in control.
