3. LUCIFER

"Jisoo! Jisoo you are back! Oh thank God I was so wo- Oh my God what is that?"

"What does it look like to you reaper? It's a tiger."

I said, limping into the room as Tan followed behind me. Jonghyun stared at Tan, not really sure what to say. I limped my way towards the majestic oak couch, Tan mimicking my moves.

"Yeah but, why is there a Tiger with you?" Jonghyun pushed on, eyeing Tan as the tiger settled down beside me on the floor, licking its huge paw like a cat. I smiled, finding it just too adorable for a tiger, although tigers are always cute but...it's not natural to have such an animal this close to you. I wouldn't even have imagined something like this three years ago.

My eyes turned towards Jonghyun, my smile growing bigger as I sensed his fear. It was rare to see a grim reaper scared of a tiger, but then again, Jonghyun had been acting a lot like his old self, not even realizing it himself.

'L"You should see your face." I commented, snickering lightly until I felt that stinging pain in my leg again, which had been causing me a lot of pain for a while now.

"Jisoo! Oh my God your leg! What happened?" Rang Jina's voice as she ran towards me, a wet towel in hand. Soon enough, she was dabbing the wet towel on my leg wound.

"I was attacked." I replied, not bothering to hide it. Jina stopped wiping, her head lifting up to stare at me wide eyed.

"By who?" She asked slowly. I almost gave her a shrug as a reply, since I had no idea myself, until Jonghyun spoke up.

"I know who it is."

Jina and I both turned to stare at Jonghyun, waiting for him to continue.

"You knew I was attacked?" I asked, not really knowing what else to say.

Jonghyun sighed before replying, "I got to know it a while ago, but by the time I made sure, you were already gone to... To... You know... Them."

"Why didn't you heal it this whole time?" Jina shrieked, dabbing at the wound continuously. I recalled my attempts at healing.

"I healed it Jina, it's done. What's odd is that it still hurts, whether it's healed or not. Those things you are dabbing at is dried blood, nothing else."

"Why does it still hurt?" Jina asked with her eyebrows furrowed. "Who attacked you?"

"The question isn't who attacked me. It's what attacked me. And it's plural. I was on my way back here, when I realized I was in an unfamiliar path. And then they all came. There were at least fifty of those hounds-"

"HOUNDS!" Jina interrupted, but I continued.

"-and they were only looking for me. It seemed like they didn't want to kill me, but just injure me to make me weak and then do something with me."
