A million thoughts were running through my head. I closed my eyes and continued to cry silently. It started to get windier, and suddenly i stumble over something and fall in the water.  The water was cold. But i didn't feel anything. I couldn't see anything. I didn't know if i had my eyes closed or if they were open. But it was dark.

Suddenly something underwater grabs my arm. The thing lifts me up to the surface. It's all blurry. I can't see what it is or who it is. The thing lifted me out and placed me on the bridge. It was blurry, but out of the corner of my eye, i see a man. He was breathing heavily. Then he started to talk.

"Oh my god! Are you okay?" A deep voice says. The man breathes heavily while talking.

The boy started to press on my lungs, and then i started coughing really hard. I threw water up. He held around me. I was shaking. I couldn't feel anything. I wasn't present in my body. My lips were shaking. I couldn't talk.

The boy lifted me up and started walking with me. We went over to the parking lot, and then he put me in his car backseat. I crossed my hands. I was so cold. I was shaking. He took some quilts from his trunk and came to sit on the backseat with me. He put the three quilts around me.

He comes closer to me and holds me from the side.

"Hey....take a slow deep breath," The man says, and starts demonstrating how to do it.

He let's go of me.

I look at him. He was older than me. He could look like a young dad. He had glasses on. They were all wet.

"You can trust me," The man says.

He smiled at me. Something about his smile gave me hope.

"Can i sleep at your place tonight?" I suddenly ask without thinking anything of it. My voice was shaking.

"Of course. Are you sure you don't wanna get home? Where do you live? Maybe your parents would want you to -" The man says. I instantly interrupt him.

"I don't want to!" I say making it clear.

"Fine, fine that's okay." The man says. I could see he was worried. He seemed like a good person. He seemed like an innocent person.

The man opens the door and goes outside, and goes to sit on the driver's seat. He adjusts the. mirror, so he can see me.

"My name is Arvinth, by the way." The man says looking at the car mirror.

"I'm Divya!" I say almost whispering. I look up at him in the mirror.

"Nice to meet you Divya!" Arvinth says while smiling at me.

I didn't have any energy to even smile back, so i changed my gaze towards the window.

Arvinth started the car. I slowly leaned towards the window. He kept looking at me from the car mirror. I knew i had just met him, but something seemed trustworthy about him.

We drive a couple for an hour, and then we suddenly stop. I could only see mountains. There were no houses or any people. Only green mountains. I was thinking why he stopped. Maybe he had to go to the bathroom. Why did he take me to a place where there were no people?

Arvinth gets out of the car and comes over to my door. He opens it.

"Come outside. It's okay. The rain has stopped." Arvinth says with a big smile on his face.

I fix the quilt around me and walk out of the car. As soon as i step out of the car i see the prettiest view. It was so quiet. If you screamed no one would hear you for miles. Nothing was moving. There was no sound.
