Chapter 4

You were the first to wake up and you looked down and saw Kiyoko laying on your chest. You reached over to your nightstand and grabbed your phone and saw you had a text from one of your teammates.

Ana: the game was moved to tomorrow, same time, please get there on time

You: sure

You waited a bit before she answered your text.

Ana: im being serious Y/n you cant keep coming late

You: I promise ill come on time

Ana: good

You turned your phone off as you felt Kiyoko moving. "Morning."

"Morning." She mumbled "Don't you have a game today?"

"No, it was moved to tomorrow."

"Okay."

There was a knock on your door "Lovebirds are you awake?" You heard your dad's voice on the other side.

"Yea, we're awake." You answered.

"Okay, I need you both to get up because the boys have a practice match today."

"Kay, we'll be out in a minute."

"Okay, don't take too long."

You groaned "Okay, okay you can go now."

"Alright." You two heard his footsteps fade away from the door.

"Welp it's time to get up I guess."

"I wanted to go out today." Kiyoko said getting up.

"I did too but we can do it later." You sat up too.

"Okay, I'll get in the shower first."

"Kay, I'll be downstairs."

She nodded as she went to the bathroom and you went downstairs "Why do I have to come?" You asked.

"Well you most likely don't have anything to do so you gotta get out of the house."

"Okay." You walked into the kitchen and made you a bowl of cereal.

The three off you finally arrived at the gym and all you could hear was shoes squeaking on the floor and balls hitting the walls and floors. You tiredly walked behind Kiyoko yawning every few seconds. "Tired?" Kiyoko asked.

"A little." You said quietly.

"Did you not get enough sleep?"

You shook your head "No."

"You can sleep on the bench then."

You only nodded and kept walking into the gym.
