Sero wasn't sure how he agreed to come over to your house. There was just something about you that he couldn't say no to. Maybe it was because of your admiration towards him, or the fact that you ate sweets for breakfast. No, that wasn't it. Sero wasn't a sweet tooth kind of person. He just couldn't find what he was drawn to when it came to you. He wanted to know you more, he wanted to see you more. But it wasn't as if he could anyways. It just seemed as if he couldn't get your name out of his head. '[Y/N], [Y/N], [Y/N]. I want to know you more. Who ARE you [Y/N]? '

That night when Sero agreed, you went out of your way and bought a ton of groceries to make ramen with. Truth be told, you weren't the best cook, but ramen had always been your specialty to make and you wanted the hangout to be PERFECT for Sero. You organized your fridge, cleaned the house, and went out of your way to tell your mom about the hangout. She was so surprised, she went out of her way to leave the house for the two of you and wished you luck. You don't know how you would do it without your mom.

When the next morning had rolled around, you managed to wake up extra early and looked out. It was raining, finally after so long. You saw as the droplets hit your window, you were almost tempted to open the window and drown yourself in the rain. That morning you had taken a shower, put on your best clothes, and made your way downstairs to get the groceries out and ready to cook. It didn't go as planned. Not only did the stove refuse to cooperate, but you also managed to cut your fingers twice when cutting the vegetables. Not only that, but the eggs didn't boil properly either. They looked like sad eggs. Stupid, sad eggs. you took a taste test and it wasn't your best. Not bad but, not your best.

Just as you were deciding on what to do, you heard a small knock on the door. No, not now why of all times NOW?! You glanced at the two bowls of mediocre ramen and took a deep breath. It's not the end of the world- but it was SERO. 'What if he hates it so much he leaves? Food poisoning?! WORLD DESTRUCTION?!'

you're overreacting, Sero isn't going to die nor' will the world be destroyed. Open the door and explain what happened. You'll be fine. Keep it together, [Y/N]. Taking a deep breath, you opened the door, and just as you expected Sero had already arrived. his regular clothes were quite charming so to speak. Even with the pouring rain outside, this time not even one droplet had him during the walk. His clothes weren't YOUR style, but he looked good in them. "Oh, you're here early!" You said quite nervously.

"Yeah, I just couldn't wait you know, I'm excited to spend the morning with you!" Sero responded. As he was talking you glanced back at the kitchen a few times. What were you supposed to say? But as if Sero could read your mind, he tilted his heads to the kitchen. "Do I smell ramen?"

"well- Yes but-"

"Aw sweet I didn't know you could cook!"

You let Sero in, as he took off his shoes and closed the door. "I'm not the best at it actually but I did try. Luck was not on my side today it tastes kind of bland," you warned Sero, leading him towards the kitchen. Lucky for you, there weren't as many dirty dishes as you would expect. Just the pots and a few spoons, but you doubt Sero would notice. He left his umbrella by the front door as well as his jacket. 'hm, well mannered. It seems like a double win' was all you could think of.

The two of you had sat down across each other, Sero said his thanks and you as well and the two of you began eating. It was.. okay. But Sero seemed to enjoy it himself. "I'm surprised you didn't come up with some sweet chocolate breakfast [Y/N]"

"I was close to doing that." Sero laughed at your response and you couldn't help but smile back. 'He thinks I'm funny... Oh, Sero.' You took a small sip of the broth; it was a little bitter but other than that it was pretty good. The silence loomed between the two of you. You wanted to speak, to say something but what were you supposed to ask?
