Chapter 6

The two medics and Ganyu made it back to Liyue by night. Liyue is so pretty! Ganyu smiled. She looked back into the carriage to check on Xiao. He was sleeping, his chest rising and falling. "Thank you for saving me," Ganyu said softly. Why did he do that for her? Was it a natural instinct or was it something else?

Ganyu got out of the carriage and asked the medics where they live. They pointed to a house and Ganyu, who trusted them to carry Xiao there, walked towards the house.

On the way there, she saw a young woman with long purple hair and a purple dress. Who is she? Ganyu wondered. She walked up to her. "Hello! My name is Ganyu! I'm an adepti." she said cheerfully. "I'm here with Xiao!" "The legendary adeptus Xiao?" the woman asked, raising an eyebrow. The name Xiao seemed to have piqued her interest. 

"Yes," Ganyu replied. The young woman looked away. Was it just me, or did her face turn slightly red? Ganyu thought.

"And you are?" Ganyu asked. "Ah apologies. I am Keqing, the Yuheng of the Liyue Qixing." Keqing told Ganyu. Is that an impressive title?  Ganyu wondered. She nodded politely. 

"Are you two going to live together?" Keqing asked. "Um, um, um... Together?" Ganyu said, unsure. Ganyu could see Keqing try to hide it, but Ganyu saw a pout. But why?

"Do you two already have somewhere in mind? Adepti deserve a great place to live." "The two medics that helped us said that we could live with them." Ganyu told her. "The house over there? I could give Xi- you two a better house." Keqing offered. "Xiao still needs to recover, but after he does, I will consider the generous offer." Ganyu said. "Make sure to bring Xiao!" Keqing smirked. "You can't make the decision by yourself, can you?" Grr... She's right.

Keqing leaned in close to Ganyu and whispered "You two aren't in a relationship or anything, right?" Ganyu blushed. "No no no." Keqing chuckled and walked away. "Nice meeting you Ganyu."
