Chapter 13

Ganyu smiled. Xiao would never leave her. She looked up at him, and briefly kissed him. She walked back to the bed and laid down, beckoning Xiao to come. Once Xiao had lain down, Ganyu moved closer to Xiao. Xiao hugged Ganyu, bringing her closer to him. "You'll be safe with me." he whispered to Ganyu. Ganyu felt at peace and they fell asleep, cuddling together.

The next morning, Xiao woke up. Ganyu was still sleeping, her face serene. Xiao slowly got out of the bed, being careful not to wake Ganyu up. He quickly changed and walked out of his room. He swallowed down an Almond Tofu and was ready to start his day.

"Xiao?" He must've already woken up and left. Ganyu got up. She went to her room, got changed, and checked the time. 9:00. Hmm. I've got some time. What should I do?

Ganyu walked out of her room and started to eat her breakfast. Oh! Maybe I could go find Xiao to see what he does!  Ganyu quickly finished eating and left the house. 

Xiao plunged down, defeating the last Abyss Mage. Xiao helped the terrified man up and sent him off. Anyone else need any help?  Hmm? What is this? The Yuheng of the Liyue Qixing needs help? Xiao scoffed. So much for being independent. And with that, the young yaksha disappeared. 

Who is current Yuheng of the Qixing anyway? Xiao asked himself. Xiao started to walk a bit faster. He saw a small crowd near the Yuehai Pavilion. Xiao started a light jog in that direction. 

Once Xiao had reached the pavilion, the crowd looked significantly larger. He pushed through the crowd, desperate to help the Yuheng. Once he had got a sight on her, he was shocked. That young woman with purple hair... is the Yuheng of the Liyue Qixing? And why is she unconscio- Wait. She's holding my painkillers. Zhongli should have the-

As if right on cue, a deathly headache rang through Xiao's head. He crumpled to the floor, the pain was too much. But the Yuheng... the painkillers aren't for mortals... Xiao pushed on. 

He made his way to the young woman and quickly ate the painkillers. Instantly the pain passed and Xiao's head cleared. But her... she's entered a deep trance of sleep. She's dreaming.

Xiao realized that he had to destroy the dream to wake her up. He quickly entered her state of unconsciousness, and found her, sitting with... himself? She leaned over to the Xiao of her dream and kissed him. Xiao quickly found this unbearable and interrupted them. "You're currently unconscious right now, so I'm going to have to wake you up." he said gruffly. 

"And I promise to make your dream come t-true." It was a thing he often did. He would destroy the dream, but in return, make it happen in the real world. But this was a unique case... 

Keqing nodded and Xiao took her hand. The dream shattered and Keqing and Xiao returned to the Yuehai Pavilion. 

Ganyu started to run to the Yuehai Pavilion. There's a crowd there so Keqing is probably there. Maybe she knows where Xiao is. When she arrived at the pavilion she saw Keqing and Xiao sitting very close together. Keqing said something to Xiao and his face turned red. He stroked the side of Keqing's hair and leaned close to her. Ganyu knew what was coming next and she wanted to stop it. But she couldn't. It was like she was frozen. And the two kissed.

As soon as they kissed, Ganyu broke the barrier. She leaped forward and shouted "Xiao!"
