Chapter VII: Black snow

*Y/N's POV*

Mia: "All set! Get in."

We were in the Schnee hangar where Mia checked on one of the bullheads a day ago and specifically ordered that noone should touch that bullhead but just in case... she checked it again.

Two days and we got to know her a bit more... she was energic, very strong in both physics and mentally, and she was maybe too scary even for her own good.

We got on the bullhead, me, Pyrrha Weiss and Jaune on one side, Nora with Ren on the other while Mia went to the cockpit.

Mia: "Alright Mount Kelore here we come!"

The bullhead started moving...

Pyrrha: "Y/N have you checked on Alissa? Or Jill or Susan?"

You: "I haven't... maybe I should..."

Nora: "I'm sure Alissa is worried sick." I pulled out my scroll and saw 3 missed calls from Alissa so I called her... it rang for a while but then she answered it.

You: "Hey Alissa!"

Alissa: "Dad! Are you and mom okay? Where are you? I was worried."

You: "You don't have to worry Alissa we are okay.. how are you holding up with the kids?"

Alissa: "Don't worry dad we're all okay... Felix is not giving me trouble... and Shane is helping me so I'm not alone."

You: "What about Blaze?"

Alissa: "He got a fever so I have to look after him too."

You: "Good luck Alissa, I guess Jill and Susan are at Beacon?"

Alissa: "Left today I made sure they will. Where are you?"

You: "In Atlas, heading to..." I put the scroll away... "What was the name again?"

Weiss: "Mount Kelore..." I put the scroll back to my ear.

You: "Mount Kelore..."

Alissa: "Why in Atlas?"

You: "Observing Morph."

Alissa: "Morph? No... you can't... you'll get reminded of-"

You: "It's okay Alissa... I won't get reminded of 'them'."

Alissa: "And you're staying at Weiss'? I heard her voice."

You: "Yes she's going with us... and Nora, Ren and Jaune too.."

Alissa: "Mom is with you as well?"

Pyrrha: "I sure am!"

Alissa: "Oh thank you... return safely... I gotta go. Desmond needs my attention."

You: "Take care." I ended the call...

Jaune: "That voice was Alissa? She sounds so mature..."

Ren: "She's still as caring as before... maybe even more..."

Nora: "Who's Desmond and Felix?"

Pyrrha: "Felix is our child and Desmond... Alissa's."

Jaune: "Alissa is a mom?"

You: "She sure is."

Mia: "Alright people we're getting closer, prepare for landing."

I looked out of the window, Pyrrha putting her hand on my shoulder... I took  that hand with mine.

Pyrrha: "It'll be okay... do it for Alissa."

You: "Right..." I looked at her, a saddened look on her face... "You look sad Pyrr."
