Chapter IX: Beacon's office

*Pyrrha's POV*

It was one of the last days in Atlas before we had to return... Y/N despite being okay now he was still feeling ill.... I saw him sniffle a couple of times too... the cold really didn't help it at all... if the reason he's in this state is his semblance.

Weiss: "You're going back right?"

Pyrrha: "Seems so... take care of him for me will you?"

Weiss: "Oh don't worry, Y/N is in good hands."

Pyrrha: "I'm sure he is."

Weiss: "Say hi to Alissa, Jill and Susan for me will you?"

Pyrrha: "Oh of course."

Mia: "Mrs. Nikos are you going?"

Pyrrha: "Yeah yeah." Mia was getting inpatient. I hugged with Weiss for the last time.

Pyrrha: "Bye Weiss..." I left with Mia to the bullhead... the pilot being none other than her.

Mia: "This mission was awesome!"

Pyrrha: "Was it? You know we could die..."

Mia: "I'm fully aware.... Bullhead 023 requesting take off." Soon the bullhead got into the air as we flew back.

Pyrrha: "I wonder... if my eye can make me understand what grimm think or say... if they even do that."

Mia: "Maybe.. or maybe it works only on Morph."

Pyrrha: "Either way the things we found... they are very concerning... that machine... the fact they froze people and can spread more now that their blood modified."

Mia: "I wonder who was in those blocks... hunters?"

Pyrrha: "Maybe... or maybe some civilians..."

Mia: "I do hope this will get solved quickly."

Pyrrha: "You're not the only one."

Mia: "Do you think I will be able to join you next time?"

Pyrrha: "I'm not sure... but your help would be welcome."

Mia: "Hmmmm..." There was silence... we didn't have anything to talk about... sure we both were worried about Y/N... Mia seems to got close to him in this short time... could it be because she's a friend of Susan and Jill or.... something else

When I looked out of the window Atlas was long gone... we were flying above Vale.

Pyrrha: "How far is it?"

Mia: "It should take us another half an hour."

Pyrrha: "Good... say Mia... do you like older men?" There was silence.

Mia: "Why are you asking?"

Pyrrha: "You got close with Y/N in a really short time... sure he can be friendly and really well to get along with... but I noticed a few glances."

Mia: "I'll be honest... no I do not like older men... and yes I was glancing because your husband is so mysterious... from what I got to know... he had it tough in life... yet he's so easygoing... I admire him for his past... not for the person he is..."

Pyrrha: "His past... hmmm... is that so?"

Mia: "Yes... please Mrs. Nikos... I would never date older men.... your husband included... that is one of my conditions."

Pyrrha: "I'm sorry I accused you Mia."

Mia: "It's okay... oh look we're almost there... just a few more minutes..."
