Chapter XIV: Familiar face

*Y/N's POV*

It were 3 days since we started melting the ice block and they weren't still even halfway melted... maybe it's because of the cold weather outside.

I was standing infront of the block with that white cloaked lady...

You: "Where have I seen you... that white cloak."

Mia: "Mr. L/N the soup is ready!"

You: "I'll be right there..."

Some of the people were luckier, their ice blocks already melted and came home with their families... so fewer remained than how it was 3 days ago... of course Atlas students were still there...

I spoke with them and they said this was something like a rescue mission for them.

Ren: "Y/N... take a seat." I did on the ground...

???: "Young man, why are you at that ice block all the time." I looked at him, it was an eldery man. "....is it by any chance someone you know?"

You: "No... there seems to be noone from her family, so I am there to tell her what happened, besides I think I met her somewhere before."

Weiss: "Ruby's mom... maybe we could call Ruby that-"

Jaune: "Bad idea Weiss... I know what you're trying to do... but we're not sure yet..."

You: "You said her mother used to wear white cloak all the time?"

Weiss: "That's what she told me she remembered when I asked her about it."

Nora: "I'm hungry!" We started eating, Nora was slurping up the noodles, some guys were talking, flirting with Mia which made her uncomfortable, but I get it... they are teens after all.

Jaune: "I wanna be young again..."

Weiss: "So you could flirt with other girls?"

Jaune: "So I could flirt with you..." He winked at her, this was a trap and Weiss took the bait.

Weiss: "Idiot."

You: "Nice one Jaune."

Mia: "JUST LEAVE ME ALONE WHAT DON'T YOU UNDERSTAND ON 'NO'... is it the N or O?"

We looked at her, she was standing in front of a boy who was lying on the ground, a slap mark across his whole face.

Boy: "So sorry..."

Mia: "Don't ever talk to me again." She huffed and hastily approached me and the others... she sat beside me, her face was red because of the anger.

During the time we ate more people melted and so more left.

Nora: "It's almost everyone..."

Ren: "I wonder why is that supposedly Ruby's mom still halfway in the ice.... I mean others are almost melted yet..."

Mia: "I still wonder what those ice blocks were meant to be for."

You: "That's a good question Mia."

Ren: "Maybe we could examine the room again... I mean there's something we are missing."

Nora: "You're right.."

Jaune: "So who's going?"

Ren offered himself.... so did Weiss and Mia...

You: "That's more than enough... alright you 3 go... we'll take care of others here.

They nodded, finished eating their soup and started preparing.

Nora and Jaune both kissed their lovers while I just stood in front of Mia.

You: "Be cafeful down there guys... if anything... scream."
