The Formless

Entry 6

I decided to go off exploring leaving hundo to watch the house and taking a hawk form I got from a nest full of baby ones in the mountains I flew off.
I then stumbled upon some strange humanoid creatures that were quite small. I looked further away to see larger ones. These must have been children. They were hiding and one was finding and chasing them. They all had strange markings and horns that glow blue. In a Bush further off there was a red one watching. I now know these to be known as ardoni. A young blue one called a sendaris stumbled upon the red child I now know to be voltarus. The little boy screamed and the parents came running and shot at the little voltarus girl. I quickly swooped down and took a magnorite form while behind a tree to hide that I was a formless. I then grabbed the little girl and ran. The arrows struck my back occasionally but did nothing to this stone form. I then threw her in a tree and turned her into a hawk to ensure she landed in that tree. She was still scared so I decided to take the form of her species. It is a strange form. My horns and eyes are white and I have no markings. This appearance calmed her slightly and the sendaris went back to what they were doing. I then asked her where she lived and she pointed to the mountains. I took her up the mountain. I was then attacked by a larger voltarus who thought I was trying to harm the child. The child who I now know is named elmira explained to him I had saved her. He thanked me and took me to his home and asked i stay with him for the night because a storm was coming. I suppose I will leave in the morning but I may look around a little. Ardoni are an interesting species.
