Chapter 9

Bandits were surrounding us and they were aiming their guns on us. Im glad that Amber is hiding inside our car. She is wounded she cant go down. Then suddenly.

* BANG! BANG! BANG! *

Gunshots! I immediately looked around and Saw 2 bandits dead. The bandits started firing back where they suspect the gunshots were coming from.

All I knew that we are in the middle of a firefight and we have to get out of here.

"Guys! Run towards the trees and take cover! " I shouted.

They all followed and we all separated.

" Don't go to far! There might be zombies! " I wished that all of them heard it.

* BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! *

Non stop gunshots.

Then i remembered that I had a pistol on my belt. I grabbed it and started aiming at the bandits. * BANG BANG BANG * 4 more died. So theres 3 left.

I went behind a car and I saw one of the bandit at the other side of me.

I stood up and aimed my gun then i pulled the trigger it made a * click * sound.

" Shit! Jammed! " I accidentally shouted it.

The bandit looked at me he aimed his AK to me and before he could pull his trigger. * BANG! * headshot.

I guess those random guys are in our side. Who could they be?

2 left I looked around and I saw 1 of them beside Astrid pointing the gun to her head.

" STAY BACK! OR ELSE ILL KILL HER! " The bandit screamed and he sounds so serious.

" Its not gonna end well for you please just calm down and put your gun down and no one will get hurt. I promise. " -

The Bandit looked around and when he was about to put his gun down. * BANG! * head shot...

Astrid ran towards me. She is still okay. Then the last bandit suddenly appeared he aimed his gun to Astrid but before he could shoot I superman dive towards Astrid and pushed her away * BANG! *

I got hit. It was painful as fuck. I screamed in pain. Its my first time experiencing a gunshot. Luckily it just hit my legs.

The Bandit aimed his gun again but this time to me then * click * he ran out of bullets.
Before he could even reload Joshua suddenly appeared and pushed the bandit to the ground. Then Joshua started punching the guy's face then he grabbed his Pistol and aimed it at him.

" freeze bitch! " - Joshua.

The bandit had no choice but to follow. He raised his hands in the air to show that he surrenders.

Bridgette and Astrid went to me and started putting pressure on my wound.

" Santy! Get the first aid kit! " Bridgette commanded him.

Santy rushed and he got the first aid kit.

They started cleaning the wound and removing the bullet.

I grabbed a towel and bit it because I knew this will hurt badly.

Finally they finish cleaning and removing the bullet. Then suddenly we heard something groaning all around us.

" Shit! zombies! " Anthony panicked and grabbed a weapon from the dead bodies of the bandits.

Anthony and Joshua started shooting but the zombies were too many. Then suddenly Joshua ran out of bullets. Then few seconds later Anthony ran out too.

We are trap.

Where are the ones who were helping us a minute ago?!

* BANG! BANG! BANG! BANG! * they were killing the zombies really quick. 1 dies then 3 then 6 then 9... Until no zombies are left.

" Who are you?! " I asked hopefully I will get an answer.

Then I saw a guy in the woods coming towards us.

" It is I. " - Random

Oh shit! That voice sounds so familiar!

Me and Anthony looked at each other.

" Could that be - " Before Astrid could even continue.. Me and Anthony interrupted her.

We both said it at the same time. " Enzio "
