Chapter 11

Night has passed and now its 6 am in the morning.

The sun rise slowly. Winds making those sizzling sounds. It was cold nearly perfect morning if zombies didn't exist.

I quickly got up and went to the kitchen area. I saw Lia cooking some garlic rice, egg and bacon.

" Woah! You wake up early. By the way Good Morning. " I smiled.

" Good Morning Eder And yep im preparing breakfast for all of us. Lucky us there are still some food left here. " she replied.

I went to fix the table and I prepared plates, glass, forks and spoons.

An hour past and finally the others are starting to wake up. Just on time for break fast.

They all sat down but Amber isn't here yet. I went to check on her.

I head towards her room. I knocked twice " Amber? Breakfast is ready. " she didnt reply back. I started to worry a bit. I knocked twice again but even harder. " Amber?! " still no reply from her.

Suddenly there were footsteps and things falling down. " alright im going in! Three! two! On- " before i could continue I heard Amber's voice near me. " Whats wrong? Im here? "

Fuck. Someone else is inside her room. I quickly kicked the door really hard and it opened. Her room was messy just like it got raided.

" Call the others now. " I told Amber. She did her best running downstairs since she lost a leg. She shouted to warn the others while I grab my pistol and pointed it where im looking at. " ANYONE INSIDE THIS ROOM WELL BE SHOT ON SIGHT UNLESS YOU SHOW YOUR SELF NOW! " I was angry since they took Astird and Bridgette from us. I know one of their members are still in here or maybe even more.

I checked under the bed, cabinets, wardrobe still no sign. Only one more thing to check and it was the bathroom. I went closer to it. I tried opening it slowly and it was lock. I knew he/she is in here.

I pointed my gun towards the door knob. I breath slowly and bang! I shot it. Then i quickly opened the door and no one was there. I tried double checking and the only thing I saw was a small window opening that a person can surely fit but with struggle.

Everyone arrived except one. " Where is Lia?! " I asked. " she went to the backyard just behind this. Why? " Enzio Replied.

All the sudden " HELP! HELP!! PLEASE DONT KILL ME! " Fuck! Thats Lia! I quickly looked at the small window opening and I saw someone pointing a gun towards her. I tried aiming at the guy using my pistol but before i could fire the guy point it towards her legs and he pulled the trigger. BANG! BANG!

The guy started running away. " Everyone! Help Lia now!!! " Everyone rushed to the backyard including me.

After few minutes going down which seems like hours already we finally reached Lia. She was bleeding. " Get the first aid now! " i shouted and i searched for the gunshot wound. I found it its in her leg. I told Anthony to put pressure in her wound. Joshua and Enzio went running towards were the guy ran.

Lia was crying she was hurt badly. Finally first aid came. We treat the wounds but we still need to remove the gun shell. " Quick! Help me carry her we cant do it outside we will attract zombies. " They didnt asked any questions but they followed my orders and we all carried her back.

We cleared the table and started removing the gun shells. Then Enzio and Joshua came back " We placed a gps on his jeep before he could start the engines but theres bad news. " - Enzio. " what is it? " i stared at them and i was worried on what they are about to say.

" Swarm of zombies. Heading towards us. Right now" - Joshua and Enzio.
