Daichi's POV

Coach managed to some how get a copy of it. He got copies for the whole team. It wasn't really necessary but it was worth it. I go pick up Yumi from the girl's volleyball team. She was okay.

"Yumi time to go home." I say. "Coming see you later." She says to the team. They wave bye. She runs up to me and hugs me. "Everything okay?" I ask.

"Yeah everything is okay." I say. I tell her about what happened. She was happy about it. "So how was it with the girls team?" I ask.

Yumi's POV

"It was fun. I got a few pointers but it wasn't the same. The net is lower so it's easier to spike from the back row." I say. "It's always back to volleyball and practice with you. I meant hanging out with other girls." He says. "Oh it was nice I didn't learn much about them. I just prefer hanging out with the guys still." I say. "That's okay you made new friends though?" He asks. "Yeah kind of they don't beat Kiyoko." I say.

"I thought so." He says. "Anyway how was that fight with the coaches?!" I ask excitedly. "You can see when we get home Ukai got copies." He says.

Time skip to next day

That fight was awesome I watched it like three times. The guys have been protective of me today. Probably because they worry that the cheerleaders will strike back. I don't mind though. I told Kuroo about it and he was upset about the whole thing too. He really wishes I could transfer but the video reassured him that I'm safe. I might go visit him but I won't tell him that.

We get out earlier than they do which is perfect. I find Daichi at lunch. "Hey." I say. "Shouldn't you be in class." He says. "I got a pass to the bathroom it's fine. I'm not going to practice today I need to do some studying. It's hard focusing with everyone needing help and talking." I say.

"Okay but you couldn't wait till after school?" He says. "Why wait when you're here. Plus practice feels like it takes forever and I need to study harder for exams." I say. "Fine go to class now." He says and puts milk bread in my mouth. I eat it then leave.

Time skip

I sneak off to Nekoma and sneak around the school. It's so big and fancy here. They must have a lot of stuff to do here and advanced stuff. We really look like trash compared to this school. Everything seems so sophisticated.

I wonder what class Kuroo is in so many rooms. The bell rings making me jump. Kids come out of the rooms. I skip and jump and see if I can see Kuroo. It's like this school is for giants. Better make my way to the gym instead.

Time skip to the gym

I peek in and there he was. I step in. I sit on the floor till I'm noticed. I just watch them he's so handsome and focused when he plays. It's nice seeing him this way. "How long have you been there?" Kenma asks. "Sitting here not long." I ask.

"Babe what the how'd you get here?" Kuroo asks. "A train suprise." I say and get up. "You were just gonna sit there?" He asks and hugs me. "Until you noticed. I've been walking around your school for like an hour and not a soul noticed me. Your school is way bigger than ours." I say and hug him back. "So you were just here? Did you even go to school?" He asks.

"Yeah I didn't go to practice today because it's hard studying with them so I'm staying right here and studying. Plus it's the weekend now." I say. "You did tell your parents you were coming right?" He asks. I just look away. "You can't just run away with out permission they'll say I kidnapped you." He says. "But once I tell them my story they will understand. I'll call them now." I say and leave the gym.

I call mom. "Hi mom." I say. "Hi sweetie everything okay at school?" She asks. "About that. I'm at Nekoma right now. I wanted to study some place quiet and Kuroo is smart and is always  willing to help me. Plus it's the weekend now so I won't be late for school." I say. She sighs.

"Okay just be back by Monday." She says. "Thank you so much I love you." I say. "Be sure to eat and drink plenty of water." She says. "I will." I say. "And don't forget to stretch." She says.

"I promise I won't forget." I say. "Alright love you." She says. "Love you too bye." I say and hang up. I go back in. "Mom said that it was okay so everything is okay." I say. "Alright." He says and kisses my forehead. "I love you just be more careful." He says. "I love you too and I promise. I need to study now." I say.

"Really I thought it was an excuse?" He says with a surprised look. "I do actually care about my grades. I do want to go to college. I have to do my best just in case I don't get in on scholarship. Getting in by being class victorian sounds way cooler anyway." I say. "You always reach for the stars don't you." He says. "Why not reach for them you can always be better than what you are. So I plan on getting better making it happen and claiming that success." I say. "So cheesy but motivating." He says.

"Always." I say with a smile. "Okay. I'll let you get to your studying but we're going on a date after this okay." He says. "Okay." I say excitedly. He goes back to the court. I sit by the door and pull my books out.
