Said bad boy was dressed in an apron, covered in flour and cast away batter. His smile was radiant and his laughter was extraordinary as he chatted with daily customers who knew him well.

On this side of town, he was Jimin. The boy who could bake like no other. The boy who had a heart of gold and the face of an angel. This was the son his mother could be proud of. But in his part of town, he would never...could never...be himself.

He had to be tough. Even when he didn't want to be. As soon as anyone spots weakness in a man who once claimed he was strong, he would be ridiculed, targeted and taken out. Jimin had to be strong for a bit longer.

Back when he had started high school, he was a really troubled kid. His father had died in a freak accident at his work place which threw Jimin completely off. He was in fights, got suspended a lot, started to bully other kids, the whole shebang. His mother had been a housewife and she had to start working because the little money his father had left behind had ran out by the time he turned 15.

That's when Jimin had started boxing at the gym and a year later, he joined UWZ to start earning extra cash. He had gotten so good he had started earning a lot of money. His mother would question it so he had to get another job to cover up. Hence, he started working at the bakery.

Everything was all well and good up until a month ago.

His confidence had been at an all time high but his mood, at an all time low. He had been failing one of his classes and a teacher had handed his ass to him about it. So he went to fight that night, betting an all or nothing on himself.

Unfortunately, he lost. His first major loss in years. He didn't have the load of cash to pay. On any other day, Hoseok would have paid out for him and he'd make it back for him as payment, but on that particular day, Percy had been there.

He had made his bet and won. And Percy always got paid. Hoseok couldn't buy him off this time. It was too much cash even for him.

Seventy five grand. At the moment, Jimin had paid back twenty two of that seventy five and still had a long way to go.

"Hey Min, don't you have school in a few? You should go. I got it here."

Jimin snapped from his thoughts and sketched a quick smile on his face to the bakery owner, Jin. He looked at the clock and saw that he indeed needed to go so he could hand in his paper. "You're right. Thanks Jinnie. I'll see you tomorrow."

"Sure thing. Take care sweetie." Jin waved as Jimin went to the back to go put away his apron and collect his things. He slipped off his gloves and flexed his sore fingers. From fighting to writing and typing, to baking then holding on to his motorcycle, Jimin's hands were not doing very well.

He sighed, gathered his things and stepped out of Sweet Alpaca.
