Five days.

Five days of doing absolutely nothing and Jimin was completely over it. He had begged Jin to let him at least come in to bake something to get his mind of things and Jin had finally agreed. So that's where he was going.

He couldn't wait to get there. He loved baking. It relaxed him. He was feeling a lot better anyway. His antibiotics and pain meds were doing their job and Jimin was restless to just go out and do something.

On his way there he decided to stop at the gas station to fill up his tank and get something to drink. Something that wasn't healthy and tasted fizzy. His mother had been shoving fruit juices and water down his throat and he was seriously tired of it.

He got his gas and then parked to go into the gas station minimart.

"Hey Sal." He greeted the old, overweight cashier who had worked there for as long as Jimin could remember.

"Hey there Fire boy. Haven't seen you in a while. Staying out of trouble I hope." The man smiled as he peeked over his newspaper.

Jimin scoffed playfully, "Well I guess you're ready to watch your hopes die Sal, 'cause I'm doing no such thing." Jimin winked at him and headed towards the refrigerators at the back of the small store. He heard the man laugh behind him and mutter something under his breath.

Sal was a cool dude. Mostly because he didn't give a damn about much. He just kept to himself and minded his own business.

Jimin feathered his fingers through his brown hair as his eyes scanned the contents of the fridge looking for something enticing.

"What are you doing?"

Jimin whipped his head around and groaned when he saw the person standing next to him. "What the hell! Are you stalking me?"

Jungkook scoffed as he pushed the fridge door closed and stood in front of it, inches away from Jimin. "This is a gas station. I came to buy gas when I saw your bike out there. Why aren't you at home resting?" JK folded his arms and looked at the shorter questioningly.

"Are you serious right now? What I do is none of your business whatsoever." Jimin deadpanned getting annoyed as he rested a hand on his hip. "Can you move?"

"Minnie-"

"Don't call me that! Why the fuck do you think you have the right to call me that?" Jimin fumed. It wasn't that he hated it. He actually liked the nickname very much. But not in this town. Especially not by a guy he knew absolutely nothing about. He hated the way his belly did a flip when the name rolled off Jungkook's tongue. He hated it.

The cherry haired male sighed and rolled his eyes, "You should be taking it easy. You shouldn't be riding your bike right now."

"Ugh! I'm just going to the bakery. I'm fine!" Jimin threw up his hands in irritation and turned to hurry out of the store. He rolled his eyes when he heard Jungkook hot on his heels.

"What the fuck do you want from me?!" He yelled as he turned abruptly to the boy behind him.

Jungkook halted quickly so that their bodies didn't collide, "Let me drive you."

Jimin scoffed. He realized Jungkook wasn't even phased by his outburst. "I can fucking drive myself. Leave me alone! I don't know who you are or what you want but you're getting on my last nerve!"

"I just don't want you to get hurt Min." Jungkook said softly.

Jimin glared at him and looked around. There was barely anyone around. Jimin softened, "You're overreacting. I don't know why you care so much but I could drive even two days after. It was a mild concussion Jungkook. It wasn't that serious."

Their gazes met and Jimin could see a softeness in Jungkook's eyes.

"I care about you because you're sweet and caring. You don't show that side of you here but when you're at the bakery you become someone I admire. You don't have to hide when you're with me Jimin." Jungkook lifted a hand to take the shorter's but saw the panic in his eyes, so he dropped it.

Jimin didn't know what to think. What was it with this Jungkook guy. He didnt even know him. He sighed, "Meet me at the bakery. I'm driving my motorcycle."
