Last minute preperations

(Luke's POV)
     It was about 9 o clock in the morning and my alarm went off. I turned it off and got out of bed. I looked back at Y/N who was sleeping soundly with Petunia who was sleeping underneath her arm. I went into the bathroom and turned on the shower. Once I got in my mind began to run. My head hung low, letting my hair drip. The thoughts of me being a father got me thinking of how much things we still needed to do. We still needed to come up with a birth plan and baby proof the house. I then washed my hair and thought about how close Y/N and I were to actually becoming parents. I got out of the shower and dried myself off before heading down stairs to start on a list for things we needed to baby proof and other last minute things that we needed for Blue-Jay and Julius. At around 11 o clock Y/N came downstairs.
      "Hey Lu, what are you working on?"
      "I'm just working on a list of things we need to do before Blue-Jay and Julius arrive."
      "Oh ok. Well what do we need to do?" She rubbed her big belly and leaned on my shoulder.
      "We need to come up with a birth plan, we need to baby proof the place, we still need to  get a form of transportation aka car seats and a stroller. We also need to pack your hospital bag and the twins hospital bag. I texted Calum's wife to see what we would need in order to be prepared. I've already had some recommendations for paediatricians and doctors by Crystal as well "
      "That's a lot of stuff that needs to be done Luke. Will we get through it all?"
      "Yeah I believe so. How about after your appointment we get started on the birth plan. I can ask the guys if they have extra things for baby proofing. But let's get ready for your appointment."
      "Ok." She smiled a little and went upstairs.
       Since I was already dressed, I just had to wait for her to get dressed. She came down a few minutes later and put her shoes on. She had her hood up and her hands were in the kangaroo pouch in the front.
      "Are you ok Hun?" I asked, putting my hand on her lower back.
      "I'm just worried about the birth that's all."
      "It's gonna be alright. I'll be right there next to you through it all." I kissed her temple as she smiled a little.
        We went into the doctors for the appointment and went through the different things that needed to be done. We recorded a little for the announcement video. Once we got home, Y/N changed into some maternity pants and one of my plaid overthrows. She was on her phone for a little while before coming to joking me on the couch. She had her hands on her back as she waddled over to the couch where she sat down and covered herself with a blanket. For the next thirty minutes we talked about the birth plan and decided on a water birth at a birthing centre.
       "How are you feeling after the appointment? I know you're quite worried about what the doctor said."
       "I'm just worried about getting induced if Blue-Jay and Julius don't come in the next ten days." She curled into my arms. " I'm just worried about them, you know?" She sniffled.
       I rubbed her arm and kissed her forehead. She ended up calming down and falling asleep. I ended up going on my phone for a little bit before moving her up to our bedroom. I saw that she posted something on Instagram. The picture mostly showed her back, but was hinting at her being pregnant.
