I was walking back to the council room and felt someone tap my shoulder. I turned around to see Hirami. "I heard you made it onto the council?" She asked me, her tone indicating she wanted me to deny "Yep, I won in a gamble against Itsuki." Hirami smiled sadly "Good job! I know you'll be an amazing council member, but I was uh hoping to talk to you about something else.." I knew what was coming. "Hey uh can it wait? I'm sorry for being rude. I just need to get my stuff to the room-" Hirami cut me off "Oh yes of course I'll see you later!" She waved walking off, that could have been awkward. I lifted my eyes up and saw Runa on the outside of the council room. She looked the same, but her eyes were annoyed. "So you guys a thing?" she asked with a monotone voice, without her laugh.
"Nope not at all." I replied shaking my head "Come on it's so obvious. If you don't want people to know, make it lowkey." Runa said looking down at her video game "We aren't dating!" I practically yelled through my teeth "Ohhhh don't tell me....you're straight? Nyahahha." Runa looked up at me. After a few seconds she raised her eyebrow waiting for an answer "Oh right nah i'm y/s asf." I opened the doors to the council room and started walking inside "If you were wondering I'm a lesbian." this caused me to stop in my tracks "You good? Nyahaha." She giggled "I'm good, you coming?" I asked her tilting my head "Yeah wait a sec let me finish this.
I ended up just sitting next to Runa, and she asked me some things. "So are you interested in anyone?" I contemplated what to say for a bit "I mean romantically nyahahaha." She laughed keeping her eyes glued to her game "Isn't it too soon for that? But I mean i'm kind of interested in this one person." Just to my luck Kirari stepped inside right then with Sayaka, Ririka, and Midari. "Ooh interested in someone you say? Do tell." Kirari smirked sitting at her seat. "Oh umm well- they are good at gambling?" Runa rolled her eyes "That could literally be anyone y/n. Be specific nyahaha." There is no way I'm shooting my shot when I've only known Runa for two days. "Well uh i'm only interested, nothing more so it doesn't really matter." white lie. Runa nodded, her head was looking down so you couldn't see her expression. "Well I don't care if you just don't wanna talk around them you can always talk to me." Ririka's voice spoke up "Thank you Ririka!" I smiled at her, I guessed she smiled back because of her mask you can't tell. "I have to go to class so farewell." I gasped dramatically, falling to the floor, a second after I got up and dusted myself off.
I walked over to my class and waved to Yumeko and Mary, sitting down in my seat. "You are late y/n." The teacher scolded me "Uhh miss y/n is on the student council now." The teacher stared at me confused and then it clicked. "Oh y/n I am so sorry! Please forgive me for my ignorance!" The teacher pleaded desperately, I just nodded cracking up on the inside. Is everyone scared of me now? Good to know. The class was boring as usual, everyone was squirming for it to be over and just get done with school already, even though they had three more classes to go, we had to take a test and Ryota failed since he didn't even realize there was a test, he was staring at Yumeko with his stupid lovesick smile, it makes me cringe so badly, she's obviously not interested in him so I kinda feel bad, except for the fact Ryota's a complete ass. I have caught Mary looking at Yumeko a few times, but they are friends..I think? So it makes enough sense.
When the class was over I got to go back to the council room, the best thing about being on the student council is probably I get to skip most classes, but also the snacks. I walked out of the classroom getting envious stares, and started off to the council room. As I opened the doors Runa started laughing and I couldn't tell what happened so I asked "What's going on?" "Oh nothing, except I just completely destroyed Midari in Mario Kart nyaha-" Midari interrupted her "It's not that funny! We all know you're the gamer here and god level in basically every competitive game!" "Hmmm correct..however doesn't y/n play video games too?" Runa asked looking at me "Oh yeah I do! I'm not god level though" "Come over here" Runa motioned for me to sit next to her "Ok let's race" She smirked, three seconds until the race started "Uh you didn't give me anytime to think but fine" I raced her using all my tricks to try and win, and we almost tied but I got a boost at the last second, winning. "Well well Runa, I guess y/n is now our resident god level gamer" Midari smirked, then bursting out laughing. Runa glared at her and gave me a little annoyed look "I probably would have won if you didn't get that speed boost." "But I did get it though, and I won" Runa glared at me, and I just laughed.
An hour later someone knocked on the council room doors, and Midari got up to answer "Y/n someone's here to see youuuuu" Midari called out, stretching out the you. "K give me a sec" I replied standing up. "Hey y/n!" Hirami chirped "Hey Hirami, did anything happen?" I was confused as to why she was at the council room. "Oh I just came because I didn't get to talk to you before, remember?" I nodded signaling for her to walk back into the hall "So I just wanted to see if you had any questions about the school, you can always come to me about anything!" Hirami said in a good mood "Runa already told me everything I needed to know, but I'll come to you if I have any questions, was that all?" Hirami fidgeted with her fingers "Ok this might be a lot, and I know I've only known you for two days but uh I really like you.." I knew this was coming, but didn't know how to act. Hirami must've taken this the wrong way because she leaned in, going for a kiss.
