a/n: I was gonna write more but I really liked the ending so enjoy this short chapter :)
We played for a while but I wanted to just talk, and she obliged. Runa was so much more than what you see her has, a cute blonde girl, she's like a rainbow layered cake, different on each layer but each is just as good. (Did I mention gay?) Once you got to know her she was a bit more chill, but she didn't really show that side of herself at all. We talked about games, life, and even some personal things.
"Y/n?" Runa asked
"Yeah?"
"Who was your first kiss?" She asked me looking into my eyes, not creepily or disturbingly, but with a soft gaze. I wasn't expecting that question, so when I tried to answer nothing came out of my mouth. I looked to my side
"I've never actually had my first kiss.." I muttered, everyone I knew had gotten theirs, and some people shamed me for it. I just wanted it to be somewhat special, and with someone I wouldn't regret being with. Runa smiled
"Me neither. I want it to be special, or at least with someone special." I nodded
"Yeah! I don't want some stupid kiss with some person who doesn't know what hygiene is, sadly a lot of people I know had that happen." I started snickering, and then full out laughing, Runa joined in, and we laughed until our stomachs hurt so badly. It was almost the end of school, so some council members started trailing into the room.
"What's up with you two?" Midari was leaning against the wall across from our chairs
"Nothing!" I laughed clutching my stomach, Midari just rolled her eyes, and smiled knowingly. Once all of the members were in their chairs the president started talking about the upcoming gambling event.
"As you all know the gambling duos will start tomorrow, I have decided it should end two weeks from then. I hope you all are prepared, and have chosen your partners," Everything she said everybody had known, but that was just to remind everyone to take it seriously. I zoned out at some point in the speech, Runa shook me by my shoulders at some point, and when I realized what was happening everyone was looking at me.
"The president was asking if you needed any tips since you're new," Runa told me, knowing I wasn't listening.
"Oh, I think I'm fine, Runa explained enough for me already," Kirari just smiled and nodded, concluding the meeting after that.
As I walked out of the room Midari came up beside me and elbowed me in the arm "So what were you thinking about?" She smirked looking ahead at Runa on her switch. I rolled my eyes and walked faster. "You didn't deny it," Midari said under her breath, but loud enough for me to hear. I blushed but just kept walking like nothing happened. I was walking down the way I always did to get back home, when I realized all of the council members had gone a different way, I shrugged it off and kept walking, but picked up my pace a bit. A cold hand grabbed my wrist, I swiveled around just as the person grabbed my other wrist, it was Hirami.
