Kelly POV

After I finished my workout with Jeanette I quickly drove home so I could shower. I was already 15 minutes late to the meeting. Bey is gonna kill me. We’re already not on the best terms right now. We keep butting heads about everything.

I ran in the house and took a 3 minute shower. I threw on my blue jeans with a pair of black ankle boots. I grabbed a furry jacket and ran back down the stairs. Since I left everything in the car the only thing I needed was my keys.

“Shit, shit, shit.” I said to myself. “Where the hell did I put them?” I rolled my eyes at myself and ran back up the stairs to find my workout pants. They were in the pocket. I ran back down the stairs and to to my car.

As soon as I pulled out of my driveway my phone rang. I looked at it and it was Beyonce. I had 3 missed calls from her and 5 from Michelle. I thought about answering it but I didn’t. I’d rather face her wrath in person. She won’t yell at me with a bunch of people around.

I sped up and in a record breaking 20 minutes I was at Columbia Records. I grabbed my purse and ran in the building. I’m sighed. I’m 40 minutes late to my meeting. I know that may not seem like a big deal, but we’re trying to make a comeback. Every minute counts.

“Hi everybody! Sorry I’m late!” I said walking in. I made sure to speak to everyone and give all smiles. There was a set next to Beyonce but I decided that would be a bad decision at the moment so I went to the other side of the table and sat with Michelle.

Angie went back to talking.

“Here.” Michelle said handing me a binder.

I opened it up and it was a long as schedule. It had everything from recording sessions to the date and times we’re supposed to be shooting videos for songs we haven’t even began writing yet. It had times we could eat lunch, free time and off days.

“Whose idea was this?” I whispered.

“You know who it is.” She whispered back.

I looked across the table at Beyonce and she was already looking at me. She was visibly annoyed and upset with my presence but she’ll get over it.

“Excuse me. What is this?” I asked interrupting Angie’s speech and holding up the binder.

“We’ve already went over this but since you we’re late I guess I’ll explain it to you. It’s a schedule over everything we will be doing for the next 8 months.” Bey said.

“Yeah I can see that, but why are we doing this? We don’t even have a release date for the album yet. We only have 2 songs done.”

“It’s just to keep us on track.”

“On track for 8 months? It literally has everything planned out. I shouldn’t have to look at this to know when I can eat and when I can’t. I’m not saying that it’s not important to be organized, but it’s too early for all of this. Maybe in another 4 months we should try this again.” I said sliding the binder across the table.

“I think we should keep it. It’s important to know the dates. It keeps us on time. Some people have problems with that. Don’t they Kelly?” Bey said.

“You tell me. You know more about timing that I do. Does the number 19 ring a bell?” I said raising my eyebrow.

“No.”

“How about the numbers 6 and 9?”

She straight up gave me the death stare.

“How about we discuss which shows we plan on going to for the promotions.” Michelle suggested.
