I remembered when I first was hired as your secretary. I remember being nervous, and not wanting to mess up because you always looked so stern. I would come in early and leave when I was suppose too, I would always tend to your needs, and I would always do as you told me because it was my job to do so.

I remember when you told me to stay late because you wanted to get to know me. You wanted to figure out what was my motives, and what kind of ideas were running through my head....how to improve YOUR business.

It would always be just you and me in your office. Talking, drinking, and expressing ourselves, but who knew you only did that to get inside my head.

I didn't think anything of it because I was slowly falling in love with you. Every word that rolled off of your tongue, it was like music to my ears....but I should have known to not be so naïve.

To not put so much trust into a man I had no intentions in being with; no let me correct myself, With a man who had no intentions to be with me.
