LUTHER

"DRAKE, SURE KA ba na handa kana harapin si mama? Pwedeng ako na lang ang mag sabi sa kaniya."

I blinked and shifted my gaze to Reese.

She's in front of a mirror; she's busy brushing her hair, and she's wearing a simple white decent dress. It's above her knees, and it perfectly fits her curves from her big boobs to her slim waist--- though I noticed that her hips grew more comprehensive than before--- or maybe she eats a lot.

Tss! and who cares if she turns into a Peppa pig look?

Nothing will change, and no one could ever change the fact that she still wears my favorite smile and her fearless eyes that is one in a million.

A woman who never get feared for my existence, a woman who never gets tired to underestimate my strength, and to pestered our life, yet the only woman who thanks and appreciates my existence.

"Kasama ko naman si tita Dana," dagdag pa niya sabay nag tama ang mga mata namin sa salamin.

Agad na namilog ang mga mata niya at kusang umawang ang bibig. Bumaba rin ang mga kamay niya at walang gana kong ibinaling sa kaliwa't kanan ang leeg ko.

"L-Luther?"

"Tss! Drake's not here, he never heard your words." I blurted out to clear things to her.

Na ako ang nakarinig ng mga sinabi niya at hindi si Drake. I didn't know what exactly happened to Drake, why he pushes himself in and it triggers me to come out.

It can't be Wyn when there's nothing to celebrate of and I shouldn't be here as there's nothing to be fear of too--- but the thought... maybe Drake is too nervous, seriously nervous that keeps him out at the stage.

"D-Do you heard me?" nangangatal na tanong ni Reese at agad siyang tumayo para salubungin ako.

"Isn't obvious? Tss! Ilang linggo ba akong nawala at na-tanga ka ng sobra?" ngisi kong tanong at mas lumaki ang mata niya--- pero nakakapag taka ay biglang nanubig iyon at bumaliktad ang mga labi.

It's kinda weird, she's like in the verge of crying at any moment which is not her or maybe--- she's still in shock that I'm here.

Matagal din ng huli akong makalabas. Huling beses ay iyong paghaharap namin ni Lim at wala na rin akong maging balita sa mga nangyari as I feel ashamed of myself.

I don't actually have the guts to face my young lady, for being weak and for not keeping this body safe.

"Mag ingat ka sa mga sinasabi mo! You're so insensitive." sigaw niya at umikot ang mata kong nilagpasan si Reese.

Umupo ako sa gilid ng kama at inunat ang mga kamay. Napapikit akong huminga ng malalim at ang sarap lang malaman na nakabalik na ulit ako--- but I don't know where to start or what more I need to do in this world bor to Drake's body--- gayong alam kong na bigo na ako.

I can't find my reason to live but not enough to sue me in this world.

"Now you know how it feels to be a victim of an evil tongue?" ngisi akong dumilat para salubungin ang mga nanunubig na mata ni Reese.

Maybe I failed in protecting this body, maybe I was no longer needed by this body as his protector but there's still a reason why I need to get out from my dark home--- and it is because of this hard-headed young lady in front of me.

"N-nagsisisi na kaya ako, tsaka alam ko na how insensitive I am before--- kaya pwede move on move on na din." sabay irap niya at talikod sa akin na hinahawi pa ang buhok.

"Sabagay, mahirap nga naman akong kalimutan. Sa ganda kong 'to, nakiki-third party ka pa sa love life namin ni Drake--- nasaan ba kasi si Drake at ikaw ang nandito?" mataray niyang sagot at humarap siyang muli sa salamin para ayusin ang buhok niya.
