TRIXIE'S POV:

I felt a small hand on my back, waking me up from my nap. I rubbed my eyes as I turned around to see Daisy with a brown McDonald's bag in her hands.

"Did I wake you up?" she asked nervously. I smiled and shook my head.

"You're good, D" I said, moving over and patting the space next to me. She got into my bed, her hand diving into the bag as she pulled out a box of nuggets.

"So me and Hendrix got these for you" she said, placing them in front of me. I watched her get her own cheeseburger out, placing it carefully on my sheets. She set up her iPad so we could both see it but I wasn't really in the mood to watch back to back shows for the next hour.

"Where's Hendrix, Daisy?"

"He's coming, I think had to see Josie" she said. I furrowed my eyebrows, confused as to why he was at her house. Daisy's hand flew to her mouth as she looked at me.

"I don't think I was supposed to tell you that"

I laughed softly, getting out of bed.

"Don't worry, I didn't hear it from you" I winked at her, watching her relax a little as I pulled one of Hendrix's hoodies over my head and changed into my sweats.

"I'll be back soon, okay?" I said, watching her nod her head as she lied down in my bed properly.

I walked out my room, limping slightly as I snuck past everyone's rooms. I grabbed my keys and left the house, luckily I remembered where Josie's house was from the last time we visited her. I pressed on the gas as my knuckles turned white from how hard I was gripping the wheel.

HENDRIX'S POV:

"I'm sorry about this" I said, picking up the rest of the flour and throwing it in the trash. Josie laughed a little, brining a dustpan and brush over to me.

"It's okay, thanks for helping me clean up"

"It's cool" I said, sweeping up the rest of the mess on the floor. I didn't notice her coming closer to me from behind me until her arms were around my waist.

"Woah" I said, pulling away. She frowned at me, as if I was in the wrong "I have a girlfriend, sorry"

"No you don't, you broke up I remember"

"Even if we're not together" I said "she's the only girl I want, I'm sorry"

"Why? I'm so good for you" she exclaimed. I opened my mouth to argue but the doorbell went off. I sighed, going to place the dustpan and brush where it belonged as Josie went to answer the door.

TRIXIE'S POV:

I knocked on her door twice, watching a slim silhouette come towards the door. I waited patiently, hearing the key turn in the lock.

"Oh hi" said Josie, looking at me from top to bottom. I scrunched my nose, doing my best to stay calm.

"Where's Hendrix" I asked bluntly. A small smirk appeared on her face as she raised her hand, wiping the corners of her mouth with the tips of her fingers.
I felt my blood boiling with each second that passed.

"He's just...cleaning up" she said, dragging her words out as she spoke.

"Cleaning up?"

"You heard me" she smirked, proceeding to close the door. But I held my hand in front of it, forcing it open as I stepped into the house.

"Get out!" she yelled, going to push me. But I grabbed her arms quickly, holding them tightly as I kicked her in the chest with my good leg, watching her spiral backwards.

"Trixie!"

I looked to see Hendrix walking out the kitchen, catching Josie as she was inches away from the floor.

"What the fuck, Hendrix!?" I said "you actually had sex with her?". I watched his face drop and he let go of Josie, letting her hit the ground. He glared at her in disgust and walked over to me, rolling his eyes as he slipped his hand into mine. He dragged me outside, slamming her front door in her face.

"I have standards, Trixie" he said, calling my soldiers. I watched as he ordered them to pick up our vehicles and take them home.

"How the fuck-"

"We're walking" he said, placing his phone in his pocket. He leaned forward, kissing my lips but I pulled away, avoiding his eyes. He gently grabbed my chin, making me face him.

"I promise you with my whole heart" he said "I went to help her clean up the mess Daisy and her friend had made, nothing else"

"Yeah yeah" I mumbled, pulling away from him. He placed his hands around my waist, pulling me in.

"Aye, look at me"

I sighed, my eyes meeting his as I felt a swarm of butterflies appear in my stomach. His warm brown eyes looked back into mine, I almost forgot how to breathe for a second or two.

"I love you"

His voice was firm yet soft. Controlling yet reassuring. It was just like him, complete perfection.

"I love you" I said, feeling my cheeks heating up as he laughed softly. I rolled my eyes, pulling away from him "I don't like you"

His eyes travelled across my body, making me become nervous. I ignored him and walked over to my car but he followed me, staying close behind.

"So you're saying you don't like me at all?" he asked, placing a hand beside my head as he inched closer.

"N-No" I stuttered. He chuckled to himself, looking at the ground and back at me. His voice was deep and flirtatious, drawing me in as a charming smirk appeared across his face.

He reached out, moving my hair back as he bought his lips closer to my ear. I stared ahead, trying not to let him affect me.

"So tell me this, Trixie"

His free hand set on my waist before moving upwards, exploring my body in the most attractive way possible.

"If you don't feel anything for me, why do you tense up under my touch?"

"What? I don't-"

"You wanna breathe out?" he asked, moving his hand away. I exhaled, letting out a breath that I didn't even know I was holding in.

"I rest my case" he said, holding my hand as we started walking. I looked over at him, the sunset bouncing off his tan skin. He knew I was looking at him and he was enjoying it.

And those brown eyes, they got me every single time.
