CHERRY ADAMS knew hell was coming- she just never expected this. her life, in short words: confusing, annoying and deeply messed up. first- she straight up dies- then, she gets possessed by queen dirt mother (not cool gaea !) and then her quest mates and some of her closest friends get sent to tartarus? there is only so much a poor demigod can deal with. if you add to that just about everything that had happened on her quest so far- she didn't even know if she'd survive. i mean... how many times can you die?

'will of the prophecy' was the cryptic message brought about her life. she lives teetering on a string of fate- hoping she doesn't crash and tumble. life is one big circus- and it seems cherry is the main event. for gods sake they have to travel to the earthen side of the doors of death- that shouldn't be something a sixteen (still fifteen-) year-old has to do! and with some of their friends out of action- it's time for her to call in friends. she's scared, terribly paranoid she'll screw up- or cause the deaths of her friends. and to tie that all of in one big depressing bow- she doesn't even know if she can mentally get through this. she is scared out of her mind- grief-stricken almost to death, and angry at just about everything that involves gaea. and the pressure- goodness, it's up to around nine demigods to save the world!

she's no longer the sweet little demigod who spoke to plants (half of the ones she tries to speak to go silent- gaea's doing). once spending her days frolicking around in strawberry fields, pushing down and covering her negative emotions- she's born anew. she may be the same cherry adams, but things have changed. she has a crush on somebody for starters (a guy who keeps singing the four seasons song wrong, leo it's not 'cherry baby' !) and she definitely isn't as weak and innocent as she once was. the world is harsh, and cherry adams lives amongst the harshest.

BARBIE ALLEN fell straight into hell. quite literally. to quote annabeth chase- she was a self-sacrificing bitch! although in her own mind, she doesn't mind it. but so many things have went wrong. first with her best friend and basically her little sister, cherry adams, coming back to life (although technically that might be a positive?), said friend getting possessed (again, not cool gaea !) and then- of course- her boyfriend not remembering her. no- her life was a piece of stinking shit and gaea had shoved her prime fertilizer on it to make it worse. scared out of her mind is an understatement- hell she might die. falling into tartarus is no joke- neither is your boyfriend finally remembering you only to have stupidly (and carelessly, might she add) falling after you with your best friend, all to try save your stupid ass! and hey- tartarus isn't exactly the most romantic place- so  if things were pathetically and quite comically worse- jerald went m.i.a.
