"HOMECOMING"

𝑯𝒐𝒎𝒆𝒄𝒐𝒎𝒊𝒏𝒈...

The word homecoming has been ringing throughout your head for so long. But the thing is everyone else has been getting asked to homecoming and you still haven't been asked by Itzuku.

It's low key bothering you a lot. It's getting on your nerves that he hasn't asked you. You just brush it off and go to class and forget about this shitty morning.

•Y/n POV•

I sat in my seat next to Katsuki and just laid my head down on the desk until Aizawa came in. Few minutes later Aizawa came in quitting everyone down. I took my hood off and sat up to pay attention to Mr. Aizawa.

" Alright class as you know homecoming is two days away. Now some of you are lucky to have dates while others don't. But I won't be giving you any training or anything so you are all free for the next two days." Mr. Aizawa said sleepily. Everyone cheered and started talking to one another and others got in their phones. Katsuki grabbed Jirou and sat her on his lap talking to her. I swear they are the cutest couple ever.

I felt a pair of arms wrap around my neck kissing my cheek. "Hi baby I missed you." He'd say cheerful. " yeah... sure same..." I'd say a bit irritated. " what's wrong baby did I do something wrong if so tell me." He'd have a worried tone looking into my eyes. " no you didn't do anything wrong 😑" Mina called me over to her which was perfect timing which I got up ignoring if Itzuku was going to say anything back. " Hey y/n so I was wondering if you wanted to do this Tik Tok with me?" She'd say really excitedly. " Of course I will girl you already know." Me and Mina would pretend to look at a Tik Tok but instead she asked me what's wrong. " Hey y/n you good." She'd whisper to me. " umm... no Itzuku hasn't asked me to homecoming yet everyone else is getting asked but me and it's kind of irritating." I'd say irritated. " Look maybe Itzuku is planning something big for asking you to homecoming. Just chill you know he loves you maybe he's just wanting to make it perfect like come on it's Itzuku we are talking about." Mina said nudging my shoulder. " yeah your right I'm just over exaggerating things." I'd chuckle. " anyway we should go dress shopping come on." Mina grabbed my hand heading out of the door.

𝑳𝒂𝒕𝒆𝒓 𝒂𝒕 𝒕𝒉𝒆 𝒅𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒔 𝒔𝒕𝒐𝒓𝒆...

Mina tried on thousands of dresses until she found the perfect one. " Y/n this is the one it's going to be perfect." She'd smile swinging her dress around. " it's so pretty it suits your skin tone." " k your turn." " okie" I'd get up go to the dressing room trying on the first one.

Mina's eyes lit up when she saw me in the first dress which was a green sparkly mermaid prom dress witch is long with a big slit in the middle forming a "V". " omg that is so pretty on you." Mina said cheerfully. " I don't know I don't think it's really me you know." I was unsure if it was the right one I just want to look perfect. " k well then try on the second one on." " okay..."

I came out with the second one on and looked in the mirror. "Yes that's what I like to see." Mina got up fixing the bottom of the dress. The dress was a red of the shoulders dress with big puffy loose shoulders and with a slit in the leg with a loose bottom. " no I don't like it I don't feel right in it." "That's okay you can always try in more go try on the other one."

Fourth dress was a blue ball gown with a sparkly core set and a lacy flowy skirt attached. " I look like a fucking Disney princess." Mina laughed at the comment " I mean it's not that bad you look good." "Yeah no that was a definite lie." I'd roll my eyes laughing. " yeah no your right go try on the last one." " okay"

I walked out of the dressing room in the last dress. Mina stood up slowly came in the mirror and was amazed. " Now this is me." I smiled feeling really good about myself. " yes I agree this is the one you look amazing this color against your brown skin is everything. Alright let's go pay." " okay let's go.."

Time skip to the day before homecoming

Itzuku has yet to ask me to homecoming. I was about to give up and not go honestly. I know Mina said don't over react but still this was suppose to be the week where everything was perfect. Well, I was wrong this week sucked. I mean they are right the world isn't so pretty.

I heard a knock on my door and I opened it seeing Katsuki at my door with Jirou. " Hey extra look come with us." " why should I.." I'd say not in the mood for anymore shit. " come on Y/n just listen and come with us you won't regret it." She'd have excitement in her voice. " K fine let me just grab some shoes and out sweatpants on it's freezing." They nod and waited for me I put my crocs on and black sweatpants with a hoodie and went with them still having my bonnet on not giving a damn if I look half crazy.

20 minutes later we finally get there and I don't see Katsuki and Jirou anymore I was alone in a park. " Hello is anyone out there." I yelled but no response I started to walk away cuz I ain't getting kidnapped today honey no ma'am. I was walking off until I here someone singing. " But I can't make a scene, but I can't make a scene... Like I want you~" I turned around and it was a Itzuku by a big tent with lights holing a sign saying "will you go to homecoming with me Y/f/n" I cried tears of joy. I ran up to him hugging him tight kissing him. " yes of course I will." Everyone popped out and yelled "congratulations" " See I told you y/n" Mina said nudging my shoulder. I laughed wiping my tears. " I'm sorry baby I know you were looking forward to being asked way sooner but i was planning this months prior." He'd say looking down. " I don't care as long as you are asking me it's fine." He'd hug me tight kissing me. "Alright it's hella cold." Everyone agreed and we went back to the dorms.

Homecoming...

It was homecoming night.. the day everyone was waiting for I decided to wear my natural hair out today with the dress me and Mina picked out. Me, Mina, and Jirou were all getting ready for homecoming. " k I'm done" Mina said posing. " yes Mina serving looks." Jirou said finishing up with her makeup. " k I'm done too." Jirou got up posing next to Mina. " yes ma'am Jirou looking good." All there's of us laughed. " okay I'm done with my makeup and hair. How I look." I'd get up turning in the dress which is a yellow lacy dress until it get to the middle which is flowy the rest of the way with spaghetti straps. The boys were waiting for us outside of the dorm with their jaws dropped. "Baby your natural hair is beautiful and your gorgeous." He'd say with so much love in his eyes. "Thank you is everyone ready." Everyone nod and we went to the limo where everyone else was.

ℋ𝑜𝓂𝑒𝒸𝑜𝓂𝒾𝓃𝑔 ...

We get to the gym where homecoming was and everything was perfect. We sat at our table and talked amongst each other.

Itzuku asked me to dance and of course I said yes. Me and Itzuku didn't win prom king or queen but we didn't care. We were just happy to be there with each other. I can't tell you enough of how much I appreciate Itzuku walking into my life he's everything I could ask for.

The res of the night we just danced and had a good time. Homecoming wasn't so bad after all..
