Adrien
I stood in shock, a million things running through my head. I struggled to get words out for a minute as I watched the white cat disappear.
"M'lady,-" I said. Ladybug looked up at me. Her blue eyes poured tears out as she struggled to wipe them fast enough. I reached out a hand, holding the kid in my other. I had never seen Ladybug look so weak.
She turned away once her red earrings began to beep. I could still hear her struggling to hold in her sobs.
"I have to go." Despite her obvious injuries, she swung away. I felt like screaming. I clenched my fist and bit down on my cheek to stop myself. I felt a pain in my heart. The way she had cried, the obvious secret she was hiding from me, It all made me want to crawl out of my skin it bothered me so much.
I took a deep breath and looked around at Paris. Families were hugging each other. I was happy they were reunited at least. That's when I remembered to take this little boy back to his home.
I'm sorry that I can't be with you. Why did she say that to him? I had so many questions.
I turned the corner to the little boy's home when I felt my baton buzz.
I saw a message from Ladybug.
'Meet me at the bridge in 30 minutes."
