Where Is My Chat?

  "No!" I yelped as I was torn out of Chat's comforting grasp. I flailed in the air, trying to grab my yoyo and hold it steady enough to save myself. I tucked my head in as my leg hit the ground and I rolled forward onto my back.

    "OOmph!" I said as my back finally smacked the ground and the wind knocked out of me. I opened my eyes after a few moments of heavy breathing and rolled onto my side. I wasn't sure if I had just hit my head too hard or if an entire building was gone. My back felt stiff and sensitive as I was standing up. My thoughts were going about 400 miles per hour and my head pounded out of my skull. I need to find Chat.

      I walked around, searching for my partner. People ran around panicking. Some of them gave me worried looks. I tried my best to smile at them, straighten my posture, and hold a thumbs up.

    "It isn't safe here, you all need to evacuate!" I yelled out. I continued walking around, looking for Chat. My posture dropped once again once I had circled around once and left him about 30 missed calls. Where had he gone?

   "Chat?" I called once more.

   "Yes M'lady?" I heard from behind me.

     I sighed in relief and whipped my head around.

       "Chat, final-" I stopped mid sentence, heat rising to my cheeks as I turned to face him.

      "What do you want Chat Blanc. Where is my Chat?" I said with as much confidence as I could. Chat blanc smiled and shrugged his shoulders. He saw right through me.

   "What did you do to him?" I growled and changed my stance to fight him. Chat Blanc might be my nightmare, but losing Chat Noir is a nightmare I can't even imagine.
