You Did This to Me

   Marinette, a few minutes before

   "I'll make sure nobody sleeps tonight, hear me Ladybug?" Sandboy called to me. I leaned against the side of the building, hiding. I really wished I hadn't transformed back into Marinette when a villian had just appeared. After tucking the rose into my bag, I ran into the street in an attempt to find a spot to transform, but just before I did; Sandboy struck me.

    "Darn it.." I mumbled. Where are you nightmare? I tested my yoyo. It still worked. I stood like a statue, waiting for some mumbled zombified Adrien to climb out of nowhere. Nothing happened. 

   I turned my head to look back into the street, when I saw him. Standing in the street. His sad eyes looked up at me. My blood ran cold. 

"Ladybug?" He called to me. I backed up into the alleyway. I tried to speak, but I couldn't get any words out; suddenly I had none. My feet felt like jello. He started walking towards me. I turned into the alleyway and ran as fast as I could, but he was faster.  He grabbed my arm and swung me into him, my face directly to his.

"M'lady, it is you, I thought I lost you." He smiled, flashing his alarming eyes and giving me a tight hug. I stood for a moment before squirming in a weak attempt to get out of his grasp.

       "Are you gonna break my heart again?" He  spoke directly into my ear with an accusing tone. My stomach dropped to my toes.

"Chat I.." 

      "I guess all you do is break hearts, huh Marinette?" I began to feel the world spinning as he said my name. He stepped away from me and walked around. I narrowed my eyes at him. Snap out of it Ladybug. But it was so hard to do that, when he was right here, right now, and his sad eyes I remember so well are stabbing me into the wall.

      "You're just a nightmare. You aren't real anymore." I  pulled my yoyo out and swung it in front of me as a shield. My stomach still churned and I found it hard to keep my yoyo steady.

     "Anymore." He said with a grin. I gritted my teeth.

     "That's what I said didn't I." I repeated.

       "Ouch. That hurts. There you go breaking my heart again," He said as he paced infront of me,"Don't you care about me at all M'lady?"

      I balled my fists and pinched my eyes closed. I opened my yoyo in attempt to call Chat Noir.

       "Calling your Kitty? I'm right here bugaboo. I'm sorry if I'm not what you want anymore. You are the one that made me this way." He snarled. His words played and chimed over in my head, getting louder and louder. I dropped my yoyo and fell into the wall behind me.
