In the darkest night hour (in the darkest night hour)
I'll search through the crowd (I'll search through the crowd)
Your face is all that I see
I'll give you everything
Baby, love me lights out
Baby, love me lights out
You can turn my lights out
I roamed my side table for the source of the sound. I rubbed my face getting frustrated. I lifted myself up, only to be pulled right back down.
I tapped Jacobs arm, which was wrapped my waist.
"Turn it off." he groaned.
"I'm trying but Jacob you need to let go of my waist."
He reluctantly let go and I immediately began looking for my phone.
Where is it!
"Did you check under the couch?" Jacob suggested.
Why would it be under the couch.
I got down on my knees and checked under the couch and to my surprise it was there, right beside an empty can of grape soda.
I love you like XO
You love me like XO
You kill me boy XO
You love me like XO
All that I see
Give me every-
"Hello?"
"Carter, it's Dr. Reign."
Shit.
"Hey!" I glanced at Jacob as he sat up and looked at me.
Damn.
I smiled at him, almost forgetting Dr.Reign was on the other end.
"I was just confirming our appointment for today." She said.
I looked at my watch. 12:17 pm.
"I'm so sorry, I overslept." I responded while biting my lip.
"Could we reschedule?" I asked her.
"Sure sweetie. We'll just pick up next week." She said sounding a tad bit disappointed.
"Okay. Thanks Dr.Reign."
"No problem. Bye honey!"
I hung up the phone and walked over to the couch.
"Since when does Dr.Reign make house calls?" He asked curiously.
I sighed. "I don't know."
I began to chuckle at the mess Jacob and I created.
"What's so funny?" he asked while making the cutest facial expression.
"The mess we made." I told him.
"Neat freak?" He asked.
"No. But you gotta admit, this place is a disaster!"
"We got pretty wild last night!" He smirked.
"We sure did." I chuckled.
To be honest all I remember from last night was having a food fight and then passing out a couple of hours later.
If that's not wild, I don't know what is.
I clapped my hands together and got up from the couch.
