It's been a week since I last saw him. It's not that I wanted to see him. It just I thought he would stop by the restaurant.
Right now, I'm standing inside the kitchen, leaning my right elbow on the counter with my hand placed on my cheeks while I'm tapping the pen on the tiles with my other hand.
Today the cafe is less crowded so there was not much work to do.
"I'm tired" Claudia huffed and sat on the kitchen table.
"As compared to other days, we didn't even work half of it" Liam joined us.
"I know. I'm not physically exhausted, I'm mentally tired. I want to go somewhere" she whines making Liam and me laugh.
"We can go to the new club near my house. It's not too far from here. I can even get us entries" Liam informed us.
"Yes yes please. I really want to go there" Claudia exclaimed, "I heard so much about it. And today there's not much work to do in here, we can leave early"
When I didn't speak for a while, they turned to look at me.
"Uhh- I don't know" I told them
"Why not? Last time also you said the same, this time I'm not taking a no for an answer" Claudia said placing her hands on her waist
"You can ask Freya if she wanted to come" Liam suggested.
"Yeah, Lemme call her" I headed out of the kitchen and dialed Freya's number.
"Hello, roomie" she chirped.
"Hie, what are you doing tonight?" I asked her, hoping she would be busy.
"Nothing, I will be free in half and hour" she replied. "Why?"
"Actually, we are getting free from work early today. So Claudia and Liam suggested if we could go to the club that recently opened" I informed her.
"Night Beats?? Yeah sure sure. I was playing to go there someday" she sounded excited. So now even I have to go, I groaned inwardly
"Okay I will be home in 20 mins" I told her and ended the call.
"She agreed" I informed both of them and we decided to meet at the entrance of the club, at 8.

"Wait, I will help you find out what to wear" Freya said pushing me away from my closet.
She rummage through my clothes. Murmuring something in her breathe.
"Why are you standing there, go have a shower and till then I will find something" she waved me off with her hand.
I rolled my eyes at her and went to take a shower.
When I was done, I wrapped a towel around my body and enter my room.
I see, Freya was not there but an emerald green color dress was placed on my bed. I didn't even know I owned that dress.
