Voldemort stood there, clinging onto his wand, awaiting for Harry's arrival. Death Eaters surrounded him fearfully as he cast countless unforgivable curses at millions of tree. He was impatient, as well as let down as he presumed the boy would come. Hearing a couple of sticks snap, Voldemort looked up, expecting to see the boy. However, stood before him was a girl. Her hair flowing to her waist, half of it pinned up. Scattered over her face where scratch marks, and there was dried blood all over her hand. Her eyes where red, she looked like she'd been crying, yet Voldemort would show no mercy for her. He knew who she was."Now young Ellia, what may have summoned you here instead of the desired Potter?" Voldemort questioned Ellia.
"Harry doesn't know I'm here. Nobody does. I snuck off once saying farewell to Lupin," Ellia said, her voice almost broken.
"Remus Lupin? Haha I enjoyed watching Lucius kill him before Bellatrix killed his wife," Dolohov joked. Pulling out the wand she was using, Ellia pointed it at Dolohov.
"Do not speak a word about Remus. He was a brave man who fought for what was right and protected his wife and newborn son. He is every good thing that you'll never be and he died a hero! He died saving me!" Ellia shouted, infuriated by Dolohov's words.
"Oh shut up Snapey, after all, he didn't do a great job of protecting Nymphadora, did he? Or even you in fact!" Bellatrix too joked, sharing a hackle with Dolohov.
"Nymphadora Tonks was an excellent wife and a loving mother to Teddy. She was like a second mother to me during these past months, and her death just shows how brave she is and how the Black family were wrong to abandon her!" Ellia shouted at Bellatrix, who just laughed at her.
"And what may the house of Black have to do with you?" Bellatrix laughed.
"Enough Bellatrix. Let the girl finish what she was saying, after all, she is Severus's daughter," Voldemort demanded. Ellia growled at the mention of her fathers name.
"Me and my father are nothing alike Voldemort. He's a coward, he didn't stand by his loved ones and instead bowed down to you and your pathetic army. He let innocent people die in front of him and even killed the man who trusted him most," Ellia snarled.
"You're right young Snape, your father was indeed my most faithful servant," Voldemort said.
"What do you mean 'was'," Ellia muttered, looking over to see Narcissa. She had a sorrow look on her face.
"I took great pleasure in killing your father, much like I will you and Potter," Voldemort chuckled. Gasping, Ellia covered her mouth with her hands, her eyes filling with tears. She hated him so much but she couldn't face the fact that he could be gone forever.
"My Lord I think you've hurt her enough," Lucius whimpered, before running behind his wife for protection.
"Lucius, you care for the girl? If I don't remember, you said you nearly killed her. It's a shame she never got to meet her mother properly, I remember you speaking off her Lucius. She was your best friend," Voldemort teased.
"Your best friend?" Ellia hissed, crossing her arms, her eyes directly looking at Lucius," My mother was friends with you."
"Well isn't this grand, a little blast from the past," Voldemort chuckled, circling the perimeter between Ellia and Lucius.
"I really do not think this is the time, my lord," Narcissa suggested, cowering behind Lucius.
"I think it is," Ellia snapped, anger boiling in her blood," I've lived all of my entire life without knowing of a mother and now I find that you, Lucius Malfoy, had befriended her before her death."
