Ellia's eyes shot open, only to see Panemia sat beside her, holding her hand securely. Pain fired through her body yet she tried her best to ignore it.

"Where am I?" Ellia asked, abruptly sitting up and looking around her surroundings. The Great Hall.

"Hogwarts, you were knocked unconscious," Panemia informed. Ellia remember nothing, only rushing down to the boathouse where Harry was going. Nothing else made sense. She dragged her own body up, before looking around at the bodies piled on the floor. Next to her, she recognised Remus and ..

"Tonks," She muttered, scanning the woman's dead body. Her eyes were restless yet the rest of her face presented peace. Her hand was gripping on to Remus's. His eyes were closed, his face too at peace.

"She died, protecting Remus's body," Panemia revealed to Ellia.

"What happened here? Why aren't there any Death Eaters? Where is everybody?" Ellia questioned Panemia.

"Voldemort, he retreated all of his forces for Harry," Panemia explained to her, before a loud weep filled her eyes. Her head darted left to see the Weasley family surrounding a body. The body. His ginger hair whipped down over his pale skin, a single scratch marked the spot where he'd been hit. In his arms was Aurora, sobbing into the dead body. Ron embraced George and Ginny in his arms, supporting his siblings.

"Ellia," Molly sobbed, reaching the clueless girl.

"Why's Fred there? Why's he lying on the floor? Why isn't he speaking, laughing, joking around moving?" Ellia asked Molly. Her tears were already in her eyes from seeing Tonks and Remus just lying there. Teddy. Left an orphan.

"He's dead," Molly sobbed, lowering her head.

"He's what?" Ellia stumbled, the sound repeating in her head, "No." She dropped to the ground, burying her head in her hands, "Your lying. He can't be dead. Just no!"

"Face the fact Ellia, he's gone," Aurora snapped, "The love of my life's gone. What am I going to tell Marley?" Ellia knelt down beside her best friend, the tears still streaming. She wrapped a securing arm around her, rubbing her back.

"We can't stay here forever, we just, we just need to distract ourselves and fight," Ellia said, trying to make Aurora feel better. However, it didn't work.

"It's no use Ellia. He's gone, I feel like a piece of my soul has been ripped out of me," Aurora sobbed, turning to Ellia's shoulder and crying.

"Please Aurora, we need to... We need to fight," Ellia trembled, knowing even she was lost in this war. She'd lost her guardians, that was for sure. She hadn't even spoken to Aberforth until he saw her crying in the corner by her self after she saw Aurora. He gracefully drifted over, his eyes not as sparkling as his brothers were, and perched down.

"I'm not much of a wise man like my brother always was, but I know that right now he would say stand up, wipe those tears away and fight for what you've got," Aberforth said, watching Ellia lift her head up.

"But I've got nothing now," Ellia said, still crying.

"But you have your friends, you have me and everybody else. Never let death overthrow you," Aberforth said, something that would stay in Ellia's mind forever.

"How would you know....."

"Arianna. Even Albus." Aberforth took Ellia's hand and helped her up off the floor," Be strong for Fred, Remus and Nymphadora. And look out for Marley and Teddy, they need all the help they can get." He gave her a quick hug, before turning on his heal and walking away. On many occasions, Aberforth reminded Ellia of Albus, but only now with his piece of advice did Ellia really see the resemblance. She knew what she had to do.

Lupin lied still on the ground, and once again it took Ellia a few minutes to realise he was gone. For good. No more swingsets, no more full moons, no more stories of her mother. There was no more Lupin Remus, as she'd always remembered him.

"I know you're dead," Ellia started, wiping away her tears," But I just want to say thank you for putting up with me. Not only now, but when I first met you, or when I first remember meeting you, and when we were fighting against the Death Eaters at the ministry, you protected me even though Sirius died. Your best friend died and yet you still protected me. You've always looked out for me, Lupin Remus. You took the place of a dad that my father refused to fill. For that, I'll be entirely greatful, and I'll return the favour, and I'll see fit for Teddy. And don't you worry, I'm going to find out who my mother is, and I'm going to do that today." She closed her eyes as she finished, before stepping up and wiping away her final tears. She knew exactly what she had to do to fulfil her wish. She knew exactly how she could protect Teddy and meet her mother, and see Remus once more. She would give herself in to Voldemort, he'd always wanted her blood on his hands for never obeying her father's commands or his. She couldn't give herself into Parkinson, so it would have to be him. Ellia would be reunited with Fred once more, reunited with Albus, and everything would be fine. Just fine.

"Ellia?" Draco called, snapping the girl out of her thoughts. She spiralled around to see Draco running towards her, almost pouncing on her with his arms around her.

"Draco, God Draco you're safe," Ellia said, wrapping her arms around him. He'd be heartbroken if he found her dead.

"I couldn't find you, I heard you had been knocked out, I wasn't sure how seriously hurt you were," Draco panted, releasing her from his grasp," I'm so glad your safe."

"Honestly Draco, I could say the same about you. Look at you, you look like a mess," Ellia said, looking at Draco's rubble covered clothing.

"Ellia, I thought you died. I think you won that game," Draco chuckled, before noticing Ellia's lack of humour.

"Draco, I've got to go," Ellia said, looking around quickly to make sure nobody else was in sight to stop her.
