They'd apparated into an alleyway near the house, Ellia and Tonks. The rain was pouring down on them, and more and more Tonks wished she's worn a more suitable jacket. As they both turned around the corner, Ellia heard the whispers begin.

"Who are they?"

"What are they doing in Spinner's End with that stupid cloak on?"

"She looks familiar, looks like she could be that little girl from the house on the end,"

"What the one that died and then turned up at the house a couple of weeks ago? What do you think her problem is?"

"What if it's not her? And who's the punk next to her?"

"You think they're going to see that old Snape man, he's had recent visitors that look like that,"

The last comment made Ellia shiver, what if her father was in? She dreaded it more than anything. The group of muggles who were whispering about them walked past, one handing Tonks a small piece of paper with a scribbled number on it.

"Call my landline," he winked, before continuing on with his friends.

"What's a landline?" Tonks asked Ellia as they neared the house.

"Muggle technology. Not 100% sure," Ellia replied, reaching the front door.

"Oh," Tonks replied, throwing away the piece of paper. She stared at the house in front of them, before letting out a small chuckle. "Certainly suits your dads personality, black."

"Tell me about it," Ellia muttered, "Alohamora." The door unlocked as Ellia swung it open, hearing it bash against the wall. She took a sullen step into the house, noticing it looked the exact same as she had left it. Maybe it hadn't been vacant like the neighbours had thought. Tonks followed her in the house, before shutting the door. Pulling down the hood of the cloak, Ellia stepped into the kitchen, checking it wasn't vacant. She then did the same with the office, noticing it was now more or less cleared up. Sighing, she finally checked the living room. Her father's arm chair had resumed back to it's normal angle. A daily prophet was placed on the armchair, dating back to 3 days ago. Somebody had been there, her father had been in the house.

"The fireplace is alight," Tonks noticed, pointing to the roaring fireplace. Ellia snapped her head towards the fireplace, before panicking.

"Somebody's in," Ellia whispered, suddenly scared.

"Do you think it's ..."

"I'm not sure," Ellia replied ," I hope not." She stepped quietly out of the living room, Tonks following her back. Checking the office once more, she started climbing up the stairs, before pausing half way up the stairs at a noise from upstairs. As soon as it stopped, EllIa quickly ran into her bedroom, Tonks again on her tail. She shut the door before standing in front of it.

"Where's your closet?" Tonks asked Ellia, before she pointed to a cupboard at the end of the room. Tonks nodded before starting to rummage through the closet. Most of the clothes were from when Ellia was a small child, however soon later Tonks found a short yellow dress, which was floral as well. Ellia stared at the dress as she smiled. Finally, a beautiful dress.

"It's gorgeous," she said.

"I've got the perfect shoes at home to match it, it means we can get out of these creepy place," Tonks said, handing Ellia the dress.

"I know it is," Ellia sighed, "I can't believe I used to call this home." She pulled open the door, before screaming at the sight in front of her. Running to Tonks, she pulled the hood of her cloak up over her head, refusing to look over. Tonks herself panicked, reaching for the window with an arm around Ellia. She smashed it with the heal of her boot, before launching herself and Ellia out of the window. Holding onto the young teenager, she apparated as soon as she could to outside her cottage, both girls slamming against the floor.

"Ellia, are you okay?" She called out to the girl, seeing her black cloak lied across the floor. The cloak moved as Ellia sat up, rubbing her head.

"Yeah, are you?" She asked, curious if Tonks had hurt herself during the fall.

"No I'm fine, I think," She said, standing up before helping Ellia up.

"Cheers for the quick escape," Ellia thanked Tonks, still shaken by the sudden appearance at the door.

"It's fine. It looked as if we needed it," Tonks said.

"Yeah. I think we did," Ellia sighed.

"What do you mean, there was intruders?" Snape asked Wormtail, now once again pacing his living room.

"Around 3 ish sir, two girls entered the house. I was upstairs at the time, I didn't exactly recognise them at first, so I lied low. They came upstairs and went into the spare bedroom..."

"Ellis's bedroom," Snape corrected him, still wondering who it could be and why they would break into his house.

"Well yes, her room. Anyway, I walked over to the door of the room and stood there waiting, then one of them opened the door and I realised who they were," Wormtail said.

"Well, who are they then?" Snape hissed, becoming impatient.

"It was Ellia and the Order member Nymphadora Tonks," Wormtail informed Snape, before he suddenly stopped pacing.

"Ellia was here? In this house?" Snape asked Wormtail.

"Yes, she was. Not for long though, the Order member grabbed her and they fell out the window. I don't know where they went after then. I noticed however that she had a dress in her hands, a yellow dress," Snape stormed out of the living room to Ellia's room, noticing the curtains blowing everywhere as the window was smashed. He looked over to the open closet, before running over and rummaging through it.

"They took Annailia's dress," Snape snarled, unable to find Annailia's missing favourite sun dress.

"Why would she need a dress sir?" Wormtail asked as he ran into the room.

"The weddings. The Weasley's wedding," Snape hissed," Get out Worntail!" He shouted, slamming the door shut. He'd missed Ellia being her in his family home. In her home. If only he'd been back earlier, he could've seen her. Even if she hated him, he needed to see her. Just to make sure she wasn't hurt. If she was with Tonks, it meant she was staying with Remus as well. It wouldn't have been his first choice of people if it was his choice, but it wasn't. He knew Ellia instantly developed a relationship with him, since she was a baby and then when they were re-united at Diagon Alley. At least he knew she was safe with the pair, it's where Annailia would've wanted her to be. Now that there was no Albus and Snape himself could hardly look out for her, somebody had to. Of course Remus would step up to the mark, he made the Unbreakable Vow to protect her.
