[A.N.: I still want to stay in my emo corner lol. I used to get annoyed when the writers stopped updating without any good reason. So, here I am.

After walking around aimlessly, Nara finds her father outside the teacher's room after speaking to Mr. Han. It takes a while for Nara to calm down after speaking to that man. Suho's father or not, he makes her blood boil. It's a good thing that Han Seo Jun didn't follow her after she didn't reply. But she has to have a good excuse, because he doesn't seem like he would stop there. She's somehow glad that he didn't meet her father. He's too nice to ignore Lee Joo Hun, even if he knows what he had done. Lee Joo Hun might also try to get to her through her father. Her hands clench in that thought."Nara-ah, you've done well. Let's have lots of meatballs for dinner and then let's watch serial killers' documentaries, arasso?" Skipping training for the exam was worth it by the looks of it. She ranked 10th in the class. But her father is being too optimistic.
"Appa, didn't you have to work extra for two more hours? One of the nurses took the day off, remember?"
His face falls. "Nara-ah~"
"Aishh~ it's okay, appa. I don't mind. let's do this tomorrow. It's okay."
"I'm sorry, Nara-ah~"
"It's okay. Have you eaten lunch?"
"De. What about you?"
"Me too. Now, go! You are already late."
"Arasso, arasso. Take care and order a take out today." Her father goes away.
She makes way to the bench in the garden. She doesn't want to stay inside anymore. she'll probably skip classes too. Jukyung is sitting on the bench and chatting with Kang Soo Jin. The girls look happy. She sits down on Jukyung's side.
"My father is the only one that understands me."
"Wow, I'm jealous."
"Really? Even though he's unemployed and lost a lot of our money? Even though he made us move?"
The girl's laugh.
"Nara-ah, who is going to come for you in the parent's meeting?"
"Appa did."
"Oh, your eomma didn't?"
"Nope, we don't keep contact with her. You see, my parents are divorced."
"Wahh~ That's too mean though."
Nara scoffs. "Trust me, it isn't. She's probably happy that we don't."
"Sounds like you don't like her." Soo Jin comments.
"That's an understatement." She smiles unkindly.
Flashback
"Eomma, eomma! Look I came in first in class!" A six year old Nara runs to the huge living room of her childhood home, finding her mother relaxing and drinking grape juice in there. She's rarely home. But the small girl is happy to find her inside on the day the teacher's handed their results. Maybe she'll smile at her now. Maybe she'll finally pay attention to her and be kinder.
"So what? This result doesn't matter. How did you do in your music class?" Jet black hair smoothly swishes, she snatches the result sheet from her. The small girl's little hands clench around her skirt, in fear but also in excitement.
"Hah!" Cold and dead honey orbs finally meet her glassy, lively ones. The small Nara gulps. "Look at that. The teacher said that your singing doesn't sound spontaneous but it sounds forced. How shameful for my daughter to lack particularly in this place. Don't come to me with this useless shits, arasso?" She grabs the little girl's arm harshly and throws the result sheet away.
