Y/N POV

It was your first day at Karasuno High. A brand new school full of new people to meet. You've been seeing things in black and white for a while now, and you were hoping you'd be able to meet your soulmate and finally see colours.

It was a bit scary to think about it, but you tried to act confident even though you felt your anxiety reach levels you never thought were possible.

You opened the door to the school and saw a few people teetering around the halls.

"Um, hi," You said tapping someone's shoulder, "Could you tell me where class 1 is?"

"Oh yeah it's over that way, down the hall to the right." said the boy, pointing down a hallway in front of you. You nodded and thanked him.

After about a minute, you found your class and walked in. It was pretty empty, probably because it was a free period before classes started. Or maybe you just had a small class, how would you know.

"Oh Hi!" a teacher comes up to you "You must be Y/N L/N, we're glad to have you here. Let's show you around before class starts." She gave you a genuine smile and you did the same as you followed her around another hallway.

The teacher had shown you almost the whole school, other class rooms for different subjects, club rooms, and other places like the cafeteria. The only place you had to visit now was the gym.

"This is the gym," the teacher said as you stopped in front of the gym doors. "We can go in and take a look too." She finished and you nodded as she opened one of the doors.

You walked in a few feet. Just as you were about to look up to see what was going on a volleyball hit you dead straight in the face knocking you down onto the ground, your backpack helping to cushion your fall.
